Bungalow No. 1 – Vacation directly on the lake
Our 60 m² Bungalow No. 1 is located in an absolutely prime location with an unobstructed, open view of Lake Klein-Pritz. Ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
The bungalow is entered via a 30 m² fenced terrace. In the small hallway there is a large refrigerator with freezer compartment. From here you go straight ahead into the separate shower with washbasin and to the left into the separate toilet with washbasin. To the right of the hallway, the spacious living room with American-style kitchen opens up. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and egg boiler, extractor hood, radio, as well as plenty of pots, dishes, and cutlery. In front of the large patio door with direct lake view, there is a dining table with four chairs. On the opposite wall, there is a 48-inch LED television. A wood-burning stove provides for cozy evenings. The living area is complemented by a 3-seater couch and an armchair.
Through a glass sliding door, you enter the master bedroom with two box-spring beds, a wardrobe, a 30-inch LED TV, and two chairs. Adjacent is the children's bedroom with two box-spring beds, a wardrobe, and two chairs. This bedroom also has its own separate outside access.
All rooms can be heated electrically or via the wood-burning stove. On the large, covered terrace, table, chairs, grill, and sunshade are available. The spaciously designed outdoor areas can be used by all guests.
Pets are allowed, but must be registered when making the request and are subject to an additional fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Schlowe is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, more precisely in the Schwerin Lake District region in the Sternberg Lake Country. With around 50 inhabitants, Schlowe belongs to the municipality of Borkow, which is only about 1 km away. Borkow is located on the B192 between Sternberg and Goldberg and is easily accessible.
Schlowe itself is idyllically situated in the middle of the forest. Our holiday property is at the end of a cul-de-sac in an absolutely quiet location directly on Lake Klein-Pritz. Only a large play and sunbathing lawn separates the property from two swimming spots, a swimming pier, and a fishing pier with a boat dock. Both swimming spots offer a shallow entry over fine sand into the clear, clean water – ideal for children as well.
The lake, up to 22 meters deep, is crystal clear and offers excellent fishing opportunities with many different species of fish. Anglers are warmly welcome here. Those who have breakfast on the terrace in the morning hear only birdsong instead of traffic, because here the road ends and the forest begins.
Children can move freely, play, and romp around. At the beach there is a campfire site as well as a beach volleyball court, which the little ones like to use as a big sandbox. On the terrace, a grill, sunshade, table, and chairs are ready.
This little paradise is ideal for couples and families seeking peace, nature, and relaxation. The beautiful landscape invites you to go for walks, bike tours, canoe trips, and water hikes. The Mildenitz and other lakes can be easily reached by boat.
Schlowe is located about 11 km south of Sternberg, centrally situated between the Baltic Sea, Lake Schwerin, and Lake Müritz, in the triangle formed by Schwerin, Güstrow, and Wismar. Numerous excursion destinations are easily accessible, including the Baltic Sea with its beaches (e.g. Boltenhagen, Insel Poel, Kühlungsborn, Zingst, Darß, Graal-Müritz), the Hanseatic city of Wismar, Lübeck, Hamburg, Rostock and Warnemünde, the Müritz with national park as well as the Schweriner See with castle and castle festivals.
Nature lovers also get their money’s worth: walks through forest and heath, cycling, hiking, horseback riding or canoe tours are possible right on site. With a bit of luck, you can observe sea eagles, kingfishers or cranes. Pets are welcome. An ideal place for a peaceful nature holiday, families, anglers, active vacationers, and all who want to escape everyday life – in the heart of the land of 1,000 lakes.

It was nice
We spent 1 week summer holiday in Schlowe. The holiday home is in a nice quiet location. The lake is less than 50 metres away. The water is clean, clear, nice and shallow at the beginning - ideal for children. Schlowe is a small, quiet place, so a bicycle or car is a must. But you can also go for a nice walk here (e.g. the forest nature trail). The cottage is small and a bit cramped. The bathroom is divided (toilet/shower) - perhaps a break-through could be made to create more space
But the surroundings, the terrace, the peace and the lake invite you to relax and enjoy your holiday. Yes, we recommend this accommodation.

We went there last year. We booked through the old landlord, the current landlord told us that construction work was being carried out and therefore increased the price a bit. According to the pictures, this was not done. Therefore, we find the price very overpriced compared to what we paid last year. We wanted to come back, but not for such a high price.

Hallo liebe Gäste, schön daß es Ihnen hier so gut gefallen hat. Im Frühjahr 2016 haben wir umfangreiche Umbau- und Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Die Bilder waren aber noch die Alten. Bitte entschuldigen Sie, aber jetzt sind die alten durch die neuen Bilder getauscht.
Es gab vorher nur einen Gemeinschafts-Raum für 2 Personen zum wohnen und zum schlafen mit einem 30 zoll TV. Jetzt hat der Bungalow ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Ledercouch und Sessel, einen Eßtisch mit 4 Stühlen und einen 45 zoll TV und 2 Schlafzimmer mit 4 Betten und einen 30 Zoll TV.
Die alte Küche hatte nur 2 Kochplatten, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und keinen Backofen. Die jetzige moderne EBK hat ein Serrankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, einen großen Kühlschrank und eine große Arbeitsplatte.
Das große Grundstück wurde komplett mit einer Hecke eingefriedet. Vor der Terrasse wurde ein großer Steingarten mit vielen verschiedenen Jahreszeitenblüher angelegt.
Die abflußlose Kläranlage wurde in eine Vollbiologische-Kläranlage umgerüstet.
