Dream vacation in a great accommodation

We were four in the accommodation and we lacked for nothing. The welcome was very warm and straightforward. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful property with many shady spots and retreats, so that one can find a place in natural shade under trees/palms by the pool at any time of the day. Additionally, the kitchen amenities are more than adequate and the beds are very comfortable. The pool was clean and was not treated with chlorine, but naturally with salt, which was pleasant for the skin and eyes. There were more than enough towels, both for indoors and for the pool. We were completely satisfied and greatly enjoyed the overall silence and seclusion. We would definitely recommend the accommodation. Thank you!

Accommodation tastefully nestled in the magnificent lakeside landscape

Beautiful view of the offshore lagoons: watching low tide, high tide and shell seekers:inside from the huge balcony was fantastic at all times. The flat is pretty much perfectly equipped and the centre of the village is within walking distance, as is the train station. A rental car is superfluous. At night there was always a nice concert of the resident crickets, and the geckos kept us mosquito-free.

Relaxing holiday in a dreamlike ambience

After a break due to the pandemic, we stayed at Villa Diana for a fortnight in June 2022 for the third time and felt just as comfortable as the times before. The beautiful grounds with exotic plants, the well-maintained, well-furnished house and the great pool make for the best holiday feeling. The completely quiet location and the wide view over the surrounding hills guarantee total relaxation and recreation. For occasional excursions, there are the nearby pretty towns of Fuzeta, Moncarapacho and Tavira, as well as boat trips in the impressive Ria Formosa.
We again found it very pleasant that the sympathetic and discreet owner Mrs. Piel was present in the background without disturbing our privacy in the slightest
Once again we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday here. We can only recommend Villa Diana in every way and this was certainly not the last time we stayed there.
