Great house

We had a wonderful stay at the artist house! The holiday home was very clean, well-maintained, and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything you need was really there – from the kitchen equipment to little extras that made the stay particularly pleasant. You can tell that there was work done here with heart and taste. The atmosphere is cozy and inspiring – perfect for relaxing and feeling good. We will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Künstlerhaus!

wonderful holiday home

The holiday home is located at the beginning of a small holiday home settlement and is quite close to the Achterwasser; the Baltic Sea beach is easily reachable on foot. It is very tastefully and lovingly furnished and has everything one desires for a vacation. The kitchen is excellently equipped, and we enjoyed cooking something delicious after long walks. Using the outdoor hot tub and the sauna was particularly delightful. The housekeeper, Mrs. Schmidt, greeted us very kindly and surprised us with a bottle of delicious wine and sweets. This is how you enjoy starting a vacation! Unfortunately, this week went by far too quickly. We would like to sincerely thank our hosts, the Schmidt family, for the very friendly communication and the truly superb last-minute booking. They deserve great praise for this wonderfully planned house, thought out down to the smallest detail. May you always have a well-booked house full of guests who appreciate these amenities!

perfectly equipped holiday home in a quiet location

We spent relaxing days on Usedom during the winter holidays, which were somewhat mixed in terms of weather. It was perfect to bridge rainy periods with a sauna and fireplace.

The furnishings are the best and most comprehensive we have found so far in about 10 holiday homes on the Baltic Sea. The house was super clean and the care from the landlord and the house management was exemplary.

The location is good - 4 stars for the partly grown quiet residential area all around with also still some "GDR-grey" facade in sight and compared to the dream view from the terrace over mountains and sea enjoyed elsewhere in summer.
You can spend your holiday here without a car, but you have more flexibility if you can quickly go shopping to Koserow with its fantastic new pier or to Zinnowitz.
