The house offers a cosy atmosphere The beautiful, renovated, open-plan rooms, which are all covered with terracotta or pitch pine, can be enjoyed by holidaymakers all year round. There are 2 separate accommodation units in the house, which can be rented separately or together. It is a non-smoking house. Smokers will find pleasant facilities outside. The ground floor flat can be booked with 5 persons, in consultation also with 6. There is a bedroom, a children's room and the spacious living-kitchen area. There is a washing machine in the bathroom
In the attic up to 4 persons can spend their holidays. A large bedroom offers various possibilities. Another room with cosy corners to relax lets the kitchen and living area flow into each other.

There is additional information material in every holiday flat. The tourist office is located in the village and will be happy to advise you. You will find up-to-date information in the display box in front of the office. There are many concerts in the bathing resorts during the main season, guided walks, explorations, local history and also puppet theatre for the younger ones. Zinnowitz offers a very nice, interesting theatre in the tin box or outdoors in summer.

Ein Idyll zwischen Achterwasser und Meer
Auch in der die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss des wunderschönen Reetdachhauses von Familie Musial haben wir uns Ende September sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis dato kannten wir nur die gemütliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung. Doch jetzt mit Kind war es die richtige Entscheidung, die größere Wohnung zu mieten. Vom Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl wussten wir, doch sogar Babyspielzeug war im Kinderzimmer zu finden. Eine schöne Überraschung, versucht man sich beim Packen so gut es geht einzuschränken. Es war ein Familienurlaub mit drei Generationen, so ist es prima gewesen, dass es zwei getrennte Schlafräume und einen großen hellen Ess- und Wohnbereich gibt. So hatten wir viel Platz und konnten uns gut verteilen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Besonders schön ist es, dass keine Straße direkt am Haus vorbeiführt und man vor dem Haus im Grünen sitzen kann. Obwohl wir schon so oft hier waren, zieht es uns immer wieder hier her, weil wir die Ruhe hier ‚oben‘ und das Wasser lieben. Von diesem Ferienhaus ist man in zwei Minuten vorne am Achterwasser und kann wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge erleben. Zur schmalsten Stelle Zempins ist es auch nicht weit. Von dieser kann man die Ostsee und das Achterwasser sehen. Wir haben in der uns schon so vertrauten Umgebung wieder neue Wege und Ausflugsziele entdeckt und dabei den Aufenthalt im Erdgeschoss des Ferienhauses genossen - was will man MEER? ?Wir kommen wieder auf unsere Lieblingsinsel und auch in unser Lieblingsferienhaus.

Im Reetdachhaus in Zempin
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig am Achterwasser gelegen. Wir haben die Ruhe und das Vogelgezwitscher genossen. Man kann in 20 Minutten zumStrand laufen, kann aber auch einen gemütlichen Spaziergang am Achterwasser machen.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und verfügt über alles, was man im Alltag benötigt. Wir hatten nur die untere Wohnung gemietet, die bestens geeignet ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Wenn es mehr Personen sind, kann man noch das Obergeschoss dazu nehmen.
Der Kontakt mit Frau Musial war sehr freundlich und sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfrage reagiert. Sehr zuverlässig haben wir den Schlüssel bekommen und alles lief Bestens.
Wer die Ruhe sucht und trotzdem schnell alle Orte auf Usedom erreichen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.
