The apartment clearly needs an upgrade; the couch sinks in, you can't sit on it. A fresh duvet wouldn't be a bad idea either; the blankets are fine, but they smell very musty. Everything is broken or about to break. The sliding doors must stay closed; the lock is broken. The dishwasher is broken too. The elevator was broken but has been repaired. Description: 5 people, everything is geared towards 4, which requires quite an adjustment in bad weather; there are 4 dining chairs and 4 outdoor chairs. The road down is super steep; the wheels come loose, and you can't see anything for a moment. Also, when driving up, it's like Russian roulette; as soon as your wheels are up, you have to immediately turn your steering wheel, otherwise you'll hit the fence above. Note that there is only a small flat area above, and you're on a main road, hoping no traffic comes. Everyone drives small cars here, so this should be mentioned; a low car can't go down. And especially stay in your parking spot. The middle spot is more spacious and easier to maneuver; all the other guests were gone, so we parked in the middle parking spot, which I should have discussed with the owner first. There were still guests arriving. No problem, you would think, but it was not mentioned anywhere in the booking which spot you had, so they could just park in the left spot. On Sunday morning, my husband had to move the car, but the other guests' car was now in the left spot. So I had to go on Sunday morning in my pajamas with the owner to ask the new guests if we could stay parked there. It was no problem at all. The pool is super nice, just like in the photo; the view is grand. Gravedonna is a nice town, and with the ferry services, you can get everywhere on the lake. Nice beaches n We had a nice vacation together see many beautiful things So everything is okay The owner was very unfriendly All guests were
