The quietly situated 2-family house is oriented to the south and west on a 1450 sqm sunny, terraced property with many palm trees.The pool (operated from mid-June to late September) is over 4x8 m in size and is used exclusively by the two apartments of this house.The shady vine arbor directly above the pool, invites you to linger.200 meters from the house, there is a charming stream in an idyllic setting, with numerous small waterfalls.

With ground level access and living space of 95 square meters, has 2 bedrooms with double bed and closet, 2 shower bathrooms, 1 kitchen, living and dining area, large balcony with outdoor barbecue, seating and lounging areas for 4 people.The large panoramic window in the living room and the fireplace with thermostat invites you to cozy hours including dream view.Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Saecco coffee machine from the two comfortable leather sofas, the spacious and high quality furnished living room.
Lower apartment
This apartment in the basement with 68sqm living space has been lovingly furnished with many refined details tastefully and radiates in bright atmosphere. 2 bedrooms with double bed ,a shower room ,living/dining area with kitchenette.Some antique period mixed with high quality furniture gives this domicile a good comfort and invites the holidaymaker to a feel-good vacation.From the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the large pool and the lake is majestically in front of you.

An ideal starting point for hikers,cyclists and of course very suitable for walkers.
200 meters from the house ,there is a charming stream in an idyllic setting, with numerous small waterfalls.The house is located about 3 kilometers, 7 minutes by car from the lakeshore Maccagno.From Maccagno lead various walking trails in the surrounding valleys.An ideal starting point for hikers,cyclists and of course very suitable for walkers.All the routes are very well marked with lengths and degrees of difficulty.In the tourist office on the main street in Maccagno,you can get the appropriate maps for each sport free of charge,with the designated routes.However,those who would rather devote themselves to water sports should know that the village is one of the best regatta venues on Lake Maggiore. Due to its windy position, the water area in front of the village is also one of the most sought-after places for windsurfers and sailors.
There are beautiful beaches directly on the lake with a large children's playground, half pipe and beach volleyball court.Luino is home to one of the largest street markets in northern Italy every Wednesday.Numerous attractions await you here,such as the peak Mottarone,also called the peak of the two lakes,which promises a breathtaking panoramic view of the Cusio and Lake Maggiore.The island Isola Bella is ideal for an excursion, where you can admire the picturesque surroundings from the lake.
