We were in France for the first time and consciously chose a German-speaking landlord, especially since we arrived with a dog and wanted to explore nature. Mr. Gihr is extremely courteous and helpful and gave us many valuable tips and tours along the way. We even believe that we got to know France and the great surroundings more intensively as a result.

The adventurous access road to Ribot must still be mentioned. We decided to park outside, which is not a problem at all and the car was safe and sound.

Our accommodation was functional and equipped with everything. The TV is also equipped with WiFi, so you can watch Netflix and the like.

The mattresses are certainly a matter of personal preference. For us, they were too hard. In our own "castle garden" there were loungers where you could relax or read wonderfully.

Mr. Gihr also makes it possible to use the pool.

Our dog was allowed to move freely throughout the area, which is of course an added value for dog owners. We got to know other dogs, cats, and a donkey here. Absolutely very rural and definitely still an authentic France. Overall, we were very impressed with the surroundings, the vegetation, the great weekly markets, and of course, the food.

During the day trips, we learned a lot of interesting things and fell in love with France a little bit.

It is already certain that we will visit France again.

Perfect holiday for family with children of different ages and interests

We spent a perfect holiday with our 4 children (between 8 and 17 years). The house, the great big pool, table tennis, pétanque, Weber grill and plancha..... there was something for everyone! The beautifully and quietly situated Mas is about 10 minutes by bike from the small village, where you can get croissants and baguettes in the morning. You can get to Bagnol sur Cèze very quickly and there is everything you need! On the way there, you pass stalls with fresh fruit and regional products. For us, la grande chêne was the ideal starting point for excursions: kayaking in the Ardèche, canyoning in the Bésorgue gorge, cliff jumping at the Pont du Gard and the Cascades de Sautadet, la grotte de salamandre, the beautiful beaches of the Camargue with la Motte and Plage de l'Espiguette and then, of course, Avignon, Nîmes, Uzès, .... and if we didn't feel like action, the pool was just perfect for chilling out! Philippe gave us lots of great tips, everyone got their money's worth and had their own individual highlight! In short: great house, great location, great host!

Another great holiday at La Sarrazine

We had a wonderful time in your holiday home La Sarrazine. We were here once before in 2015 and booked again two years ago. Unfortunately, we also had to cancel again because of Corona, the times were just difficult. But this went without a hitch and Mrs Graafland was very friendly and the cancellation went absolutely smoothly. The weather was again kind to us, so we were able to use the pool extensively every day and go on many excursions. Highly recommended are Orange, Avignon, Pont du Gard, the Ardeche, Vivier and of course the markets in the area. Simply wonderful!!! The pool cleaning was absolutely great, friendly and not annoying. Greetings to Olivier and many thanks for his tips! We wanted for nothing at and in the holiday home.... and we always bring the espresso pot ourselves anyway. We also discovered the new features (pool house, beds, bathroom, windows,...) and they are beautiful. So we will gladly come again. Kind regards to Holland from the Nägele-Arndt family.
