In the beautiful area between Ardèche and Cèze our house is located on a hillside just outside the village Carsan. The location offers a magnificent view of the Rhone valley, and in the distance the mountains around the Mont Ventoux.
The house is easily accessible from the highway to the south.
The house consists of a ground floor (max. 6 people) and a studio above (max. 4 people) with a private entrance. Both are fully furnished.
The house is very well suited for two families on holiday together. But the apartment on the ground floor is also rented separately. The apartment will not be rented together and ensure you maintain your privacy.
The house has an Internet connection.

Location and surroundings of object
Where the Ardeche and the Rhone the Pont St. Esprit is blend. From the highway to the south of the city is easily accessible. Our house is located a few kilometers away on the mountainside on the outskirts of the village Carsan. Due to its southern location, you benefit from the Mediterranean maritime climate. You can view the wine of Nabei, cities (Avignon, Arles, Montelimar) visit or beautiful villages (St. Montan, Aigueze, Roque sur Ceze, etc).
You can gorge of Ardeche ride with beautiful views and caves and evening gorgeous meal at one of the many restaurants. On the Ardèche or the Cèze You can spend a day canoeing.
In the area there are also many beautiful hiking trails. Cycling (Mont Ventoux) and mountain biking is popular in the area.
At the house you can (10m x 5m) relax at the pool. There is a ping pong table and a trampoline. There is also a barbecue.

Dream holiday in southern France
The house is very quiet with a sensational view over the Rhone Valley. It is very well equipped and offers plenty of space. The terraced garden is very attractive and the well-maintained private pool is great. The surroundings offer many excursion possibilities and peaceful nature. We enjoyed our time there very much and would love to come back.

Another great holiday at La Sarrazine
We had a wonderful time in your holiday home La Sarrazine. We were here once before in 2015 and booked again two years ago. Unfortunately, we also had to cancel again because of Corona, the times were just difficult. But this went without a hitch and Mrs Graafland was very friendly and the cancellation went absolutely smoothly. The weather was again kind to us, so we were able to use the pool extensively every day and go on many excursions. Highly recommended are Orange, Avignon, Pont du Gard, the Ardeche, Vivier and of course the markets in the area. Simply wonderful!!! The pool cleaning was absolutely great, friendly and not annoying. Greetings to Olivier and many thanks for his tips! We wanted for nothing at and in the holiday home.... and we always bring the espresso pot ourselves anyway. We also discovered the new features (pool house, beds, bathroom, windows,...) and they are beautiful. So we will gladly come again. Kind regards to Holland from the Nägele-Arndt family.

Too bad
Unfortunately, the trip planned from 4.4. to 18.4. could not take place due to travel restrictions caused by the corona virus.
The landlord nevertheless considered cancellation costs of 40% to be reasonable. (incl. costs for final cleaning)
There are more important things than a few hundred euros at the moment.
But nevertheless, future interested parties should be clear with whom they are doing business.

Holiday in Carsana.
The house is located away from traffic and in a quiet area.
Unfortunately, there is neither a bakery nor a restaurant in the village.
A car is necessary!
