The contact with and reception/explanation by the key manager was excellent.

House was clean and fully furnished. We did not find the mattresses and bedding comfortable.

The area was a lot less quiet than expected. Barking dogs on both sides of the house (may have been bad luck that week) and relatively much noise from the road that runs at the rear of the house. This road is used by classrooms that drive very fast and therefore produce a lot of noise. Excellent environment with supermarkets/beaches/Palamos within a 10-minute drive.

We had a great time in this very peaceful villa, and the setting was fantastic, including the walk along the rocks and beaches from Calonge to platja d'Aro, highly recommended. There were some minor beauty flaws in the villa. the lighting in the pool did not work, the coffee machine was very trangkillo and the television did not work, which they did the best for, but in vain, we found smaller pity today, but despite that we did enjoy the characteristic villa. Dear Bekvila team. I have been booking holiday homes here in costa brava with belvila for years. in sant-pere-pescador, in LEscala and were very very satisfied. That's why we keep coming back here. This house or villa (can't call it a villa) does not match the pictures or photos shown on your website. The house is a dirty house. Unfortunately I have to say that because we are very disappointed. We paid a lot of money accordingly. The bedroom downstairs is not a room but part of the garage and it stinks there, you can't sleep. We paid extra for the air conditioning, there is only air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, nowhere else. It is very difficult to endure here. We drove a long way, I can't go back and I paid almost 7000 euros. I don't know if they can do anything as belvila, but they can't rent the house out like this. I will also take photos and send them to you so you can see how bad it is. I don't know what rights I have, could I maybe get something else?? We have to stay here for 2 weeks. I'm on vacation, I should be happy, but unfortunately I can't. I have no expectations of Belvila, I just hope that consequences may be drawn against the homeowner. I don't know what to write anymore.
