Description
Unifamiliar house in the urbanization of Mas Tomasi of 145m2 on a 500m2 plot, with garden and private pool and views of all the mountains of Begur. Located halfway from the historic center and the beaches of Pals, just 1.2km from the supermarket and 4km from the beach with all services (shops, restaurants, etc).
The house consists of two floors: the first one consists of an entrance hall, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom (135cm bed), 1 room with two single beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub. The lower floor has the master bedroom suite (160cm bed), a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, a small office aire and direct access to the garden.
The house has free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, high chair and baby crib on request and parking outside the property.
It also has air conditioning and heating.
To promote responsible use, consumption is limited to 20 kWh per day. From that limit, each kWh has an extra cost of €0.45.

Pals is a quiet and family tourist destination. The area offers endless activities: visit some of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava, do water sports, trekking, play golf or taste its rich rice-based gastronomy that is grown in the area.

Beautiful house renovated and newly furnished.
Comfortable and quiet location.
Street parking for cars is not a problem.
There is a long staircase leading down to the house.
Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Garden is under construction.
Martha has arranged everything neatly.
Car is necessary.
There is a bakery and good supermarket with butcher nearby.

Quiet holidays
Charming detached house located in a very quiet area with wonderful mountain views, parking and easy access. Great place to share with family and children where pets are allowed. Close to the beach and forest with supermarkets just minutes away.
Very happy with the experience.
The staff have been very helpful and very accommodating to our schedules.
