Very rustic with modern s

This home is centrally located to the hilltop towns and coastal cities in Istria. The house is in a very small village, but a quick drive to Zminj, which has a few nice restaurants and a grocery. The villa is very rustic, but with many beautiful modern touches. We loved the solitude of the home and the ease of accessing all that Istria has to offer.

Fantastic
During the period from 5.07.2021 to 17.07.2021 we spent a wonderful holiday at Vesna and Nino Sverko's. Both the apartment and the proximity to the wonderfully located town made a huge impression on us. The kitchen equipment allowed us to prepare meals that we could enjoy in the garden in the fresh air. The Sverko family are very kind and very sympathetic, very gentle and helpful people. I highly recommend Silvestra Apartments. We hope to return there again. Dagmara and Piotr

Our heart belongs to Rovinj

We have been spending the best holidays of our lives in the Silvestra flats with Vesna and Nino for 10 years now. We have been going there since our children were very small. The flats are in a great location, right in the middle, not far from the sea and close to the picturesque old town. The flats are in a cul-de-sac, nice and quiet and all very clean and tidy. You have everything you need for a wonderful holiday including a guarantee of good weather. Vesna and Nino are warm, hospitable and smart people. We thank them for the many wonderful years and wish them health and all the best. We are always drawn back to Rovinj
