4 holiday apartments for 2-5 persons (App 2+1, App 4+1, Studio 2, Studio 2+1). The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, safe, LCD HD TV, satellite system with reception of international TV channels, internet access (WLAN). A baby bed and a high chair are also provided on request. Parking spaces are located in the courtyard.
Bed linen, towels, electricity, gas and water consumption, cooking and dining utensils as well as cleaning equipment are included in the price. Linen change weekly.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located about 10 minutes walk from the town center and the nearest beach (Hotel Lone). The beautiful beaches in the forest park "Zlatni Rt" are 10 to 20 minutes walk away (mostly through the forest park). Supermarket, restaurants, exchange office, bank, post office, ambulance and pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. Rovinj - Pearl Rovinj - picturesque old town on the west coast of Istria with a unique atmosphere. Rovinj offers an unforgettable image, one can in good conscience call it the most beautiful town on the Istrian west coast. The most beautiful houses, churches and palazzi date from the Venetian period. Famous, former Venetian port town with a picturesque old town on the peninsula.
Aquarium, museum, restaurants, snack bars, boutiques, discos, night club. The pleasant Mediterranean climate with an above-average number of sunny days, the crystal-clear sea, wonderful natural landscapes, numerous historical monuments. The twenty islands and rocky reefs of the Rovinj archipelago, beautiful bathing bays, the Lim Fjord, the beautiful forest park "Zlatni Rt" (Golden Cape), Punta Corrente, the yacht harbor "Marina" and many sports and entertainment facilities have made Rovinj one of the most attractive tourist centers on the Adriatic coast.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: Your cancellation costs are limited to the amount of the advance payment. If we receive a new reservation, the advance payment will be refunded to you, reduced by our costs (up to a maximum of 50 EUR) and any incurred losses. The amount of the loss depends on the new reservation and corresponds to the difference between your total price and the price we achieve with the new reservation. This amount can then be paid to you (reduced by bank fees) or retained as a credit for you.

Very nice! Recommended with a dog!
Beautiful and quiet accommodation located at the end of a dead end. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Parking on the property. By car, 5 minutes to the entrance of the old town (large paid parking lots). Park area within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. We felt very comfortable. Thank you!

Everything is perfect.
Very nice hosts and a very sweet dog. The apartment is only a 15-minute walk from the beach/downtown and located in a dead-end street, so there is no traffic and very quiet.

Fantastic vacation
Fantastic
During the period from 5.07.2021 to 17.07.2021 we spent a wonderful holiday at Vesna and Nino Sverko's. Both the apartment and the proximity to the wonderfully located town made a huge impression on us. The kitchen equipment allowed us to prepare meals that we could enjoy in the garden in the fresh air. The Sverko family are very kind and very sympathetic, very gentle and helpful people. Super nice
We can only recommend this accommodation. Even before our arrival, Nino and Vesna were very helpful, friendly to answer all our questions and give us tips.
The location and surroundings are simply fantastic. We will definitely come back to Nino and Vesna. We are thrilled and looking forward to seeing them again.
