Apartment for 2-3 people, equipped with 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds. The parking lot is in the yard. The apartment has air conditioning, safe, LCD HD TV 82 cm, SAT equipment with receiving German TV programs, Internet access (WLAN). If desired, also a cot and a highchair is concerned.
Sheets, towels, electricity, gas and water consumption, cooking and eating utensils, and cleaning utensils are included in price. Linen change weekly.
Discounts for longer stays are possible.

Our cottage is located about 10 minutes from the city center and the nearest beach (Hotel Eden) away. The beautiful beaches in the forest park "Zlatni Rt" are 10 to 20 minutes (mostly through the forest park) away. Supermarket, restaurants, currency exchange, bank, post office, clinic and pharmacy are located in the vicinity. Rovinj - the pearl of the Istrian tourism ... Rovinj - picturesque old town on the west coast of Istria with a unique atmosphere. Rovinj offers the unforgettable image, it may in good conscience call the most beautiful city of the Istrian west coast. The most beautiful houses, churches and palaces date from the Venetian period. Famous, formerly Venetian harbor town with a picturesque old town on the peninsula.
Aquarium, Museum, restaurants, snack bars, boutiques, discotheques, night club. The pleasant Mediterranean climate with a lot of sunny days, crystal clear sea, beautiful natural scenery, numerous historical Baudenkmahler. The twenty islets and reefs within the Rovinj Archipelago, beautiful coves, the Lim Fjord, the beautiful forest park "Zlatni Rt" (Golden Cape), Punta Corrente, the "Marina" and many sports and entertainment have Rovinj one of the most attractive tourist centers made on the Adriatic coast.

| When confirming the booking, we ask for a down payment of 30% of the total invoice, but at least in the amount of the rental price for three nights. The remaining amount is payable on arrival or by arrangement. For stays longer than 7 nights discounts are possible, and the longer the stay, the higher the discount. A surcharge applies for stays of less than 7 nights (except in exceptional cases, if the length of stay is limited by the availability of the apartment): - 1 day 100% - 2 days 75% - 3 days 50% - 4 days 35% - 5 days 20% - 6 days 10% Extra bed: 12-20 EUR per day. Pets: EUR 10 per day. Tourist tax and VAT are included in the price. Bikes on request. |
Cancellation terms:
- If your trip is not possible due to general Covid-19 restrictions, you can get your deposit back (the bank fee deducted) or the full amount can be left as credit for your next visit. On the other hand, if you cancel your trip for any other reason, your cancellation costs will be limited to the amount of the deposit. If we receive another booking, you will receive the deposit back, deducted our costs (max. 50 EUR) and any losses. The loss depends on the new booking and is the difference between your total price and the price we get with the new booking. We can then transfer the amount to you (the bank fee deducted) or it can remain as your balance.

Beautiful apartment for two
I must expressly praise my nice hosts. We were completely satisfied, the flat was very clean, nothing was missing in the flat.

Fantastic vacation
Fantastic
During the period from 5.07.2021 to 17.07.2021 we spent a wonderful holiday at Vesna and Nino Sverko's. Both the apartment and the proximity to the wonderfully located town made a huge impression on us. The kitchen equipment allowed us to prepare meals that we could enjoy in the garden in the fresh air. The Sverko family are very kind and very sympathetic, very gentle and helpful people. Super nice
We can only recommend this accommodation. Even before our arrival, Nino and Vesna were very helpful, friendly to answer all our questions and give us tips.
The location and surroundings are simply fantastic. We will definitely come back to Nino and Vesna. We are thrilled and looking forward to seeing them again.

Sehr ruhige und zentrale FeWo in Rovinj
Wir waren zu zweit in der FeWo bei Vesna und Nino. Wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt. Die Vermieter sprechen deutsch und englisch. Sehr gute zentrale Lage: Badeplätze, die Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Geschäfte sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Schöne Basis für interessante Ausflüge ins Landesinnere oder an andere Küstenstädte.

Relaxing holiday
We had a lovely beach holiday and hardly ever used the car because of the good location. The town centre, bathing area, shopping facilities, everything is within easy walking distance. The house with the flat is located in a quiet little cul-de-sac on a beautifully landscaped property. The landlords are very nice and helpful and speak good German and English.
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Wohnung ohne viel Schnick Schnack in absoluter Top Lage! In 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der City und in 10. Minuten am Strand. Vermieter sind immer für einen da ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Ratschläge und Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind richtig gut und werden in gutem Deutsch aber auch Englisch gegeben! Wir wohnten toll in der Palme " nichts brachte uns auf die Palme" darum gerne wieder

Urlaub in Rovinj
Unser 14 tägiger Urlaub bei Fam. Vesna- und Nino Sverko in der Ferienwohnung "Palme" im September 2016 war eine schöne Zeit. Vesna und Nino waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Auch wurden wir oft mit Biofrüchten und Weintrauben aus dem Garten verwöhnt. Die zauberhafte Altstadt und sehr schmackhafte Speisen in den Gaststätten bei freundlicher Bedienung begeistern immer wieder. Es bieten sich auch über viele Kilometer schöne Rad- und Wanderwege durch den Küstenwald an.
Als Fremde waren wir gekommen, als Freunde reisten wir wieder ab.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Im August 2016 waren wir zu Gast bei Vesna und Nino. Die Ferienwohnung
Palme ist ein schöne, saubere und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, kein Autolärm. Zum Strand und nach Rovinje sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Vesna und Nino sind nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
Wir kommen 2017 gerne wieder zu Ihnen.

great holiday flat
The friendliness of the landlord family is great!!!!Very obliging and always eager to provide information about the surrounding area, as well as tips for beaches and restaurants. We really liked the quiet location of the house (end of a cul-de-sac) and the very well-maintained and clean holiday flat. The wonderful beaches and the great old town of Rovinj are only a few minutes' walk away. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back again.
