Our holiday home has a living area of approx. 75 m². It is furnished for 4 adults and one small child. Additional persons are welcome on request. Free Wi-Fi is available.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a cozy seating area incl. satellite TV, the dining area, the kitchen, as well as the guest WC. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and a child’s bed for a child up to 4 years old, the second bedroom with two single beds, as well as the bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
All windows are fitted with external shutters.
The house is furnished to be suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are not permitted.
In the following pictures of the garden, a beach chair can be seen. Unfortunately, this is defective and had to be removed.

The house is in a little-used Sackgassse. The town center or "storm-free" is only a few meters. A children's playground is nearby. To the North Sea beach is approximately km. In the village you have shops, restaurants and tea rooms. Neßmersiel is a tranquil coastal resort with 25,000 square meters sandy beach. Here you will find room to the beach to build castles, relaxing, in the mud run, to swim or just sunbathe. By the way, from Nessmersiel, most Sprookjeshof go to the East Frisian North Sea coast! The location of Neßmersiel is very central and therefore an ideal starting point for excursions by car, bus, boat or bicycle. The recreation center Sturmfrei is particularly attractive when the sun will not always cooperate. The tourist card, admission is free. This also applies to the heated sea water pool in Dornumersiel.

The row house is located in an easily accessible 30 zone.
The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, really very beautiful and functional. Very nice living and dining area. The wardrobes even have decent hangers, very rare.
The property management is sensationally friendly and helpful.
The garden for relaxing is large enough; the various garbage bins should be placed behind the large bushes to have a nicer view of the garden! The house was found in a very clean condition. Everything needed for a reasonable stay is available, highly impressive is the variety of dishes, glasses, etc.
A small side path leads to the bakery and Edeka, which are even open on Sundays, within a few minutes on foot.
We were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Absolutely awesome
The holiday home is really equipped with everything you need. The location is especially great with children. Just a few meters away from the house is a playground and a grocery store. We had a wonderful week and can only recommend the house. The landlord was very nice and the communication simple and fast. Thank you and we hope that we can come back soon.

"Always happy to do it again"
The contact with the landlord was very courteous and friendly. The semi-detached house is well equipped, everything was ready and it is located in a very quiet area. There is a playground just 50m away and an Edeka right next to it. The bedrooms could be completely darkened with shutters, which was very important to us. The furnishings were in good condition, not the most modern, but tastes differ. ;) We actually have no suggestions for improvement, except for a note that the heating is located upstairs in the hallway to the attic, which is "unfortunately" relatively loud when it's working, but you hardly notice it once the doors are closed. We would definitely come back.

More (h)r holidays!!!
We occupied the flat with 2 adults and 3 children. Our youngest daughter 8 slept in the parents' bed as the flat is only designed for 4 + toddler.
We were aware of this and had no problem with it.
The house is really beautiful. From the cut, to the furnishings and lots of space...we didn't miss a thing. We really felt very comfortable!
As this is a holiday home development, the kids were connected from day one and we parents had our peace and quiet?
The place itself is very quiet, but you can quickly get to the neighbouring villages by car and do a lot there.
The booking process and communication with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can really recommend this "little house".
