Absolutely awesome
The holiday home is really equipped with everything you need. The location is especially great with children. Just a few meters away from the house is a playground and a grocery store. We had a wonderful week and can only recommend the house. The landlord was very nice and the communication simple and fast. Thank you and we hope that we can come back soon.

"Always happy to do it again"
The contact with the landlord was very courteous and friendly. The semi-detached house is well equipped, everything was ready and it is located in a very quiet area. There is a playground just 50m away and an Edeka right next to it. The bedrooms could be completely darkened with shutters, which was very important to us. The furnishings were in good condition, not the most modern, but tastes differ. ;) We actually have no suggestions for improvement, except for a note that the heating is located upstairs in the hallway to the attic, which is "unfortunately" relatively loud when it's working, but you hardly notice it once the doors are closed. We would definitely come back.

We occupied the flat with 2 adults and 3 children. Our youngest daughter 8 slept in the parents' bed as the flat is only designed for 4 + toddler.
We were aware of this and had no problem with it.
The house is really beautiful. From the cut, to the furnishings and lots of space...we didn't miss a thing. We really felt very comfortable!
As this is a holiday home development, the kids were connected from day one and we parents had our peace and quiet?
The place itself is very quiet, but you can quickly get to the neighbouring villages by car and do a lot there.
The booking process and communication with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can really recommend this "little house".

Super Ferienwohnung!
Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hier und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Es war alles vorhanden. Auch die Sauberkeit war top.
Die Buchung und Abwicklung der Formalitäten war unkompliziert und einfach.
Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und alles von Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe hat alles prima funktioniert.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen, Preis-Leistung einfach super.

Super Urlaub, super Haus
Wir haben uns wirklich die gesamte Zeit über super wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist wirklich eine sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohlfühloase, die für einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub hergerichtet ist. Auch an die kleinsten Gäste wurde dabei gedacht. Auch mit der Hausverwalterin vor Ort hat alles problemlos funktioniert.
Es war wirklich sehr schön!

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung. Sehr ruhige Lage, vielleicht zu ruhig für 2 Erwachsene wie uns, aber mit Kindern perfekt.
Tolle und einfache Kommunikation. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass es eine Änderung bei der Hausverwaltung kürzlich gegeben hat. Das muss sich noch etwas einspielen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.
Sehr empfehlenswert.
