Welcome to our Küstentraum holiday home in the coastal resort of Neßmersiel on the East Frisian North Sea coast
The modernly furnished holiday home, with great attention to detail, is equipped for five people and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location

Escape from everyday life in Neßmersiel, close to the beach. The whole family can relax here. Entertainment is also provided for rainy or colder days, as the indoor play park "Sturmfrei" with a wellness oasis is only a few minutes' walk away.

Die Rücktrittskosten betragen: 12 – 8 Wochen vor Reiseantritt 20% des Mietpreises 8 - 4 Wochen vor Reiseantritt 50% des Mietpreises 4 – 2 Wochen vor Reiseantritt 80% des Mietpreises 2 Wochen vor Reiseantritt 100% des Mietpreises Im Falle eines Rücktritts bemühen wir uns selbstverständlich, das Ferienhaus wieder zu vermieten. Bei einer Neuvermietung erstatten wir, bis auf eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10% des Mietpreises, die Differenz zurück. Das Risiko der Nichtanreise kann durch eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung abgesichert werden. Eine solche Versicherung ist nicht im Mietpreis enthalten und muss gegebenenfalls vom Mieter selbst auf eigene Rechnung abgeschlossen werden.

Family vacation
We spent a week in this beautiful vacation home with 3 adults and 2 children. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. We especially liked the enclosed and private garden. The location is ideal for the playground and supermarket.
