Situated in quiet and panoramic position in the beatiful Tuscan hills of the province of Pisa, less then 1 km from the medieval hamlet of San Dalmazio. The property is a typical farmhouse recently renovated into a holiday house with private pool. The house is built with local stones and surrounded by well kept outdoor areas including an olive grove with the 5x10x1,40 m private pool available from May to September 12th.
This lovely farmhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for families and group of friends. Inside has been comfortable furnished in country style and with modern facilities such as sat. TV, Wi-Fi internet access, washing machine and dishwasher.
For free use of the guests there are some mountain bikes for nice excursions in the inviting countryside.
The village of San Dalmazio 850 mt, offers grocery shop, bar and 2 restaurants. Pomarance is approx 6 km away. Volterra 35 km, the beaches at Cecina 40 km, Siena 60 km, Pisa 90 km, and Florence 100 km.

Lovely typical Tuscan holiday home
The house is located in an absolutely quiet location. The beautiful Tuscan countryside is easily accessible. It is a 40-minute drive to the sea. Great private pool. Excursions to Siena and Volterra are doable in 45-60 minutes and worthwhile. Beach tip: Dog beach near Cecina. (There were hardly any dogs when we were there. It is a free beach, nicely located.) The house had everything you needed. Sufficient cutlery, etc. Definitely recommended.
