Charming eco-house for 2 people on a farm near Casole d'Elsa – swimming pool – pure nature – a property for enthusiasts

Away from the hustle and bustle in the heart of Tuscany lies Podere Timignano, a beautiful and authentic stone farmhouse surrounded by breathtaking, unspoiled countryside. Here, nature prevails—a place of peace and quiet, where the views, sunsets, birds of prey, and fireflies speak for themselves. The farm is a family-run property with two holiday apartments and this small detached holiday house CASA ECOLOGICA.
This is a charming and independent holiday house—about 45 m from the farmhouse—and an exceptional residence for two people and nature lovers.
The eco-house was built in 2019 from 100% sustainable materials. It is independent from the main house and has a large private terrace with outdoor seating and dining area. Directly behind the house lie the extensive forests of Berignone, one of the largest nature reserves in Tuscany.
The numerous trails offer endless opportunities for hiking, cycling, and swimming in parts of the beautiful Cecina River – as well as for wildlife observation.
YOUR SWIMMING POOL WITH PANORAMIC VIEW
At about 90 m distance from the holiday home, there is a very beautiful swimming pool available for shared use with other guests from two small apartments in the farmhouse (max. 6 persons)
The pool has an oval basin with entry steps and is bordered with natural stone.
Deck chairs and shady old trees make this place a wonderful spot for rest and relaxation.
There is an outdoor shower by the pool.

The open interior with high beamed ceiling and parquet floor is spacious, bright, and airy, and impresses with its minimalist-modern design. There is a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bidet, and walk-in shower,
a reading corner and a desk/PC table.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on every window.
Shaded and covered seating area with grill and dining area by the house.
