Description
Our non-smoking holiday flat for two people is located on the ground floor on the left-hand side of a holiday home that was completely rebuilt at the beginning of 2009 (an additional extra bed is possible).the flat has a single kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of crockery, two-plate cooker, microwave and dining area with comfortable leather armchairs, two single beds, a flat screen TV, radio and DVD player, a spacious bathroom with round shower and toilet, underfloor heating everywhere (the flat was "overhauled" in 2020)
A barbecue is available for your use on request.
You are welcome to use our seating areas in the courtyard for a cosy meal or just to relax.

Location and surroundings of object
Take the southern motorway ring (A10) in the direction of Frankfurt/O. / Dresden until Ludwigsfelde Ost, then take the B101 in the direction of Berlin, exit in the direction of Potsdam, turn right after the bridge, exit Teltow, turn right again after the bend. After approx. 2 km, at the entrance to the village, turn right into Dorfstraße. The holiday home is on the left-hand side. After approx. 200m you have reached your destination!
Or from the Berlin ring road, take the Babelsberg exit in the direction of Berlin/ Schönefeld, Ludwigsfelde, Teltow, follow the feeder road / motorway to the Teltow exit. Turn right and then immediately left. After approx. 2km, turn right at the entrance to Ruhlsdorf. You will reach the holiday home after 200m. It is located on the left-hand side.

From Teltow/City you can take the S-Bahn (S 25) to the centre of Berlin in 20-25 minutes. In the surrounding area there are many riding stables, a golf course and water skiing facilities, as well as an open-air swimming pool (Kleinmachnow), the Güterfelder See lake and Germany's most beautiful crystal thermal baths in Ludwigsfelde
You can reach the city limits of Potsdam (motorway) and Berlin in just a few minutes/ kilometres.
Your arrival can take place from 14 o'clock, your departure we ask to make until approx. 10 o'clock.

Small but nice - we like to come back :-)
I spent the first holiday this year with my dog in the "Fröhliches Stübchen II". The size is perfectly adequate for one or two people, especially if you are on the road all day. The equipment is also great, everything you need is there
I only used the kitchen for breakfast, otherwise I enjoyed the fact that the outdoor restaurant was open again.
It was important for us that everything is at ground level. The bathroom and shower are nice and spacious.
You can start your walk with the dog right outside the front door. Otherwise, you can quickly get to the S-Bahn by car (or bus) or to the beautiful surrounding countryside.
You can park on the street in front of the house, but to load and unload you can drive right up to the flat. The landlords are very friendly.
We felt very comfortable - thank you for everything!

Dear guests, thank you for your interest in our holiday flats. We, that is Christina and Reinhard Sommer, would be pleased to welcome you personally at the "Sommerhof"! From a former farm there are still the barn and a few stables (for horses) left, otherwise in 2009 a holiday house with three flats and a large sun terrace was built from an old stable building We have been landlords since 2002. The flat "Zum Alten Erker" in the clinker brick building was our first object.
