Description
The flat "Zum Alten Erker" is particularly suitable for accommodating many guests. With a living room (double sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen-living room with a further sleeping facility, as well as the possibility of renting a separate room with two single beds on the same floor, up to 7 people can stay with us. A bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a modern washbasin belong to the flat as well as the living room, which was renovated in 2016, with a chic living wall, sitting area, flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio system. The bedroom has been furnished in African style. In our modern kitchen-cum-living room you will find a cosy seating area and kitchenette with all kitchen utensils (microwave, ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, bread slicer and plenty of crockery)
The separate room is outside the flat, but on the same floor. The room has an extra toilet and a washbasin.

Location and surroundings of object
Take the southern motorway ring ( A10 )- direction Frankfurt/O. / Dresden to Ludwigsfelde Ost , then take the B101 in the direction of Berlin until you reach the Potsdam exit - turn right immediately after the bridge. From there take the exit Teltow and turn right on the hill - direction Teltow. After approx. 2km you will reach the entrance to Ruhlsdorf and take the first exit on the right into Dorfstraße. After approx. 200m you have reached your destination. Your holiday flat is on the left-hand side in a large brick building.

From Teltow/City you can take the S-Bahn (S 25) to the centre of Berlin in 20-25 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are many riding stables, a golf course and water skiing facilities, as well as an open-air swimming pool (Kleinmachnow), the Güterfelder See lake and Germany's most beautiful crystal thermal baths in Ludwigsfelde
You can reach the city limits of Potsdam (motorway) and Berlin in just a few minutes/kilometres.

Nice flat in a quiet location. Nice landlords. All in all, we can recommend the flat with a clear conscience.

From a former farm there are still the barn and a few stables (for horses) left, otherwise in 2009 a holiday house with three flats and a large sun terrace was built from an old stable building We have been landlords since 2002. The flat "Zum Alten Erker" in the clinker brick building was our first object.
