The flat "Zur Sonnenterrasse" is located on the first floor in a holiday home with a total of 3 flats that was completely rebuilt at the end of 2008. Our non-smoking flat is designed for 4 people (1 extra bed is also possible) and is equipped with everything a holidaymaker's heart desires:
You can expect a great equipment on approx. 60 m2 large living area, floor heated, with bedroom in colonial style (double bed) and walk-in wardrobe, a large, spacious bathroom with corner shower, modern washbasin and toilet - maritime furnished to a spacious living-dining area with long kitchenette (ceramic cooker with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker,
Dishwasher and all kitchen utensils), a dining area for four (extendable with an extendable table) and a sitting area with a double sofa bed (for two people), rattan armchairs and LCD TV, CD radio and DVD/video player - all with a Mediterranean flair.
(Note: The flat does not have two bedrooms). The approx. 45m2 large sun terrace is accessible from all rooms of this flat and from the outside. WLAN is available.

Location and surroundings of object
You can reach us via the southern motorway ring (A10) -direction Frankfurt /O. take the exit in the direction of Potsdam - turn right under the bridge and then continue on the L40 in the direction of Potsdam, but take the exit Teltow and turn right at the end of a slight hill in the direction of Teltow. After approx. 2km you will reach Ruhlsdorf and turn into the first crossroad on the right. After approx. 200 m you will reach your holiday resort on the left-hand side
Or take the Babelsberg exit from the Berlin ring road and drive in the direction of Berlin-Schönefeld, via Stahnsdorf and turn right at the Shell petrol station and then immediately left again in the direction of Ludwigsfelde. At the roundabout, you only have to go straight across and over a small hill to reach the sign for Ruhlsdorf. Turn right at the traffic lights and then left at the next crossroads and you will reach your destination after approx. 200m on the left-hand side.

Only three kilometres away from the Berlin city limits in the south and yet so close to the hustle and bustle of the capital! From the S-Bahn station Teltow, three kilometres away, you can reach Potsdamer Platz, the starting point for exploring the capital on foot, in about 25 minutes. The capital of Brandenburg, Potsdam, with its many sights is also only about 15 minutes away by car. In addition, there are many riding stables, swimming pools, water skiing facilities, bathing lakes, golf courses and Germany's most beautiful crystal thermal baths in the immediate vicinity. Ruhlsdorf itself is over 700 years old and is a typical "Ackerstädtchen".

Dear guests, thank you for your interest in our holiday flats. We, that is Christina and Reinhard Sommer, would be pleased to welcome you personally at the "Sommerhof"! From a former farm there are still the barn and a few stables (for horses) left, otherwise in 2009 a holiday house with three flats and a large sun terrace was built from an old stable building We have been landlords since 2002. The flat "Zum Alten Erker" in the clinker brick building was our first object.
