The apartment is about 70sqm in size and flooded with light. The completely newly renovated apartment offers two top modern bedrooms with two large beds. In the newly renovated bathroom you will also find a walk-in, spacious shower to relax.
New furniture and 2 large beds 2,00 × 2,00 + 1,40 × 2,00 + 0,90 × 2,00. A large TV with German, Dutch and English programs and Wlan for all invite you to cozy evenings. The balcony is new and very modern tiled, the view is directed to the dunes.

The nearest shop is only 2km away and can be reached quickly by bike.
Bicycles, e-bikes and tandems can be borrowed in the immediate vicinity.
For a city stroll and the ferry crossing to Texel is only 5-10 minutes by car.
The beach is only a few minutes walk away and is located directly behind the dunes in front of the apartment.

Great vacation rental
We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful vacation apartment and felt very comfortable.
Everything was clean and lovingly furnished, bright and friendly.
The whole complex is very well maintained and quiet.
We were surprised with a nice welcome greeting in the form of a bottle of wine.
Everything is available in the apartment, kitchen utensils, board games, even soap and dishwashing liquid.
For a beach vacation, the location is perfect, you just have to cross the dune and you are at the beautiful beach.
The only disadvantage is that there are no shopping facilities within walking distance, no ice cream parlor or playground. The residential complex is really quiet. For us, this was not a problem. But in the evening, it's not possible to just grab an ice cream or have a glass of wine.
The communication with the landlords went very well.
We gladly recommend this apartment and could also imagine coming here on vacation again.

Always happy to do it again!
We were very satisfied and will gladly come back. We have already planned our next vacation here for the summer.
Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go to Texel last time, but we will definitely make up for it now.

Beautiful vacation apartment!!!
The apartment is completely modern and stylishly furnished and very clean, we immediately felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! The holiday resort is also very nice and well maintained. Julianadorp aan Zee is a truly beautiful place, even in cold weather, everything was very easily accessible and a nice beach café was nearby. We will be back! P.S. The bathroom is amazing!
