The apartment is about 70sqm in size and flooded with light. The completely newly renovated apartment offers two top modern bedrooms with two large beds. In the newly renovated bathroom you will also find a walk-in, spacious shower to relax.
New furniture and 2 large beds 2,00 × 2,00 + 1,40 × 2,00 + 0,90 × 2,00. A large TV with German, Dutch and English programs and Wlan for all invite you to cozy evenings. The balcony is new and very modern tiled, the view is directed to the dunes.

The nearest shop is only 2km away and can be reached quickly by bike.
Bicycles, e-bikes and tandems can be borrowed in the immediate vicinity.
For a city stroll and the ferry crossing to Texel is only 5-10 minutes by car.
The beach is only a few minutes walk away and is located directly behind the dunes in front of the apartment.

Great vacation rental
We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful vacation apartment and felt very comfortable.
Everything was clean and lovingly furnished, bright and friendly.
The whole complex is very well maintained and quiet.
We were surprised with a nice welcome greeting in the form of a bottle of wine.
Everything is available in the apartment, kitchen utensils, board games, even soap and dishwashing liquid.
For a beach vacation, the location is perfect, you just have to cross the dune and you are at the beautiful beach.
The only disadvantage is that there are no shopping facilities within walking distance, no ice cream parlor or playground. The residential complex is really quiet. For us, this was not a problem. But in the evening, it's not possible to just grab an ice cream or have a glass of wine.
The communication with the landlords went very well.
We gladly recommend this apartment and could also imagine coming here on vacation again.

wir waren das erste mal in den Niederlanden und haben uns sehr erholt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Nähe und die Sauberkeit am Strand gefielen uns sehr, die Sonnenuntergänge eingeschlossen. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal. Danke

Immer wieder gerne!
Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben schon für den Sommer den nächsten Urlaub hier geplant.
Leider hatten wir beim letzten Mal keine Zeit mehr nach Texel rüber zu fahren, das holen wir jetzt definitiv nach.

Schöne Woche in Holland
Schöne Wohnung direkt an den dünen.
Alles sauber und gepflegt und vor allem das Bad ist sehr schön.
Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung!!!
Die Wohnung ist total modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Die Ferienanlage ist auch sehr schön und gut gepflegt.
Julianadorp aan Zee ist ein wirklich schöner Ort, auch bei kaltem Wetter, alles war sehr gut zu erreichen und ein schönes Strandcafe war ganz in der Nähe.
Wir kommen wieder!
P.S. Das Bad ist der Hammer!
