Our holiday home is equipped for 2 persons, for 2 adults or 1 adult with 1 child from 14 years of age
The holiday home is located in the southern part of Egmond aan Zee and is situated in a quiet residential area. There is a children's playground and a duck pond nearby. From the holiday home you walk about 5 minutes to the sandy beach/lake and the nature reserve, as well as the village centre with shops, cafes and coffee terraces.
Enclosed private terrace with garden furniture.
Bicycles can be brought and parked in our garden. You can also rent bicycles from a rental shop *250 metres away.
Parking is available, you can park your car near the holiday home.
For parking in Egmond aan Zee, a number plate registration system applies.
The parking costs for the south side of Egmond aan Zee, zone C+D, are included in the rent.
Detailed description :
Via the small vestibule with wardrobe you enter the living/dining room, separate kitchen and stairs to the first floor.
To relax you can use the couch set with armchairs, there is also a dining table with chairs. There is also reading material and information about Egmond aan Zee and the surrounding area.
A flat screen TV is available, WIFI / WLAN can be used free of charge!
A separate kitchen is fully equipped. Cooking is done on a gas cooker without oven.
There is also a microwave for those who are more comfortable or for a quick warm-up.
To get the day off to a good start, there is a Senseo and coffee machine.
Of course there is a fridge with freezer compartment, pans, pots, toaster, blender, cutlery and crockery.
A gas boiler provides hot water and central heating.
Upon entering the holiday home, you reach the attic with 2 bedrooms with single beds via a staircase. The two bedrooms are separated by a connecting door and there is a washbasin in the front bedroom.
There are duvets and pillows on all beds. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Beautiful little house near the beach
The translation of the Dutch text is as follows:
"Man has everything one needs. Everything necessary is available. The vacation house is fully furnished and has a large garden with seating furniture, which we used to store our bicycles. We had no problems with the Wi-Fi, it worked well for us.
Well located, a few minutes walk to the beach or pedestrian zone. Ample parking nearby. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful and live next door.
We enjoyed our stay here."

Etwas enttäuscht
Trotz schlechtem Wetter hatten wir eine schöne Zeit. Leider müssen wir einige Kritikpunkte, die man auch als Anregung verstehen sollte, auflisten. Da es keine zwei abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer gab, wäre dies nur für Familien gedacht. In den Schlafzimmern war die Heizung nur lau und für die unsere Zeit nicht ausreichend. Der Aufgang zu den Schlafzimmern war sehr eng und steil. Das Fernsehen hatte nur 3 Deutsche Programme ARD, ZDF und NDR. Im Sommer wäre mir das egal. Das Wlan war sehr unzureichend. Im Haus selbst hatte man eigentlich keinen Zugang und wenn, dann nur für wenige Minuten. Im Freien Richtung Haupthaus wurde es besser. Der Router hatte wohl nicht die Kapazität das Ferienhaus zu bedienen, trotz Verstärker. Ein Radio wäre ebenfalls von Vorteil gewesen. Die Dusche war sehr klein und die Heizung wurde auch nicht richtig warm. Ausstattung von Küche und Wohnzimmer war ok. Der Ausenbereich war sauber und sehr großzügig, aber es fehlte der Privatbereich zum Haupthaus. Hier hätte man einen Trennbereich errichten können, wie es auch die Nachbarhäuser gemacht haben. Es wäre noch genug Platz für beide Parteien gewesen. Wirklich positiv war die kostenlose Bereitstellung von Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Parkplatzkosten. Auch die Nähe zum Strand und Innenstadt war super.
Ich würde das Haus weiter empfehlen, wenn man die Kritikpunkte ernst und die Anregungen umsetzen würde.

In Egmond aan Zee werden die Ferienhäuser einfach so gebaut. Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoller, um zu sehen, was Sie mieten oder vielleicht das nächste Mal eine Wohnung zu mieten, mit mehr Umsatz, mehr Ausstattung, aber teurer im Preis.
Zum Glück denken andere Gäste anders.

Toller Urlaub - tolles Ferienhäuschen
Schönes Häuschen mit guter Ausstattung und ein schöner umzäunter Garten, wo Sie die Sonne genießen können. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe der Dünen und Strand auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar.
Die steile Treppe ist nicht so schlimm. Diese wurde durch eine feste Treppe mit Knick ersetzt, und kleine Kinder sollten auf Treppen nicht allein gelassen werden!
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!!

Nicht für Gehbehinderte geeignet, zu steile Treppe.
Das Haus ist soweit schön und gemütlich.
Aber wenn man Gebehindert ist, ist es schlecht die oberen Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Mit kleinen Kindern würde ich
es nicht Mieten, hätte Angst das die Kinder die Treppe runterfallen.

Sehr schönes Sommerhaus. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Sehr nette Vermieter! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Darstellungen der Bilder. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für eine Familien ist die Wohnung ausreichend groß und entsprechend eingerichtet. ruhige Lage, dennoch ist alles fußläufig super zu erreichen, Strand, Dünen oder Stadtzentrum mit diversen Lokalitäten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Kommen wieder!
Das Haus ist fußläufig zum Meer / Naturschutzgebiet und damit super gelegen.
Es liegt auch sehr zentral zum Centrum.
Schöne Einrichtung und alles sauber.
Die Betten sind sehr gut, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nette und komplette Ferienwohnung
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich und mit nette vermieterin. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafräume sind einfach, aber auch hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist sehr kurz und zum benachbarten Dünengebiet ist es nicht weit.
Wir hatten einen schönen einwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem entzückenden Ferienhäuschen.
Und Egmond aan Zee selbst ist so ein liebenswerter Ort mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wundervollen Menschen, dass wir unbedingt wieder kommen.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!
Wir haben die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen! Die Lage ist ganz ruhig gelegen und man ist schnell im Ort, in den Dünen oder am Strand (ca 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß).
An Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt und alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt genug deutsche TV Programme und auf der schönen Terrasse ist den ganzen Tag lang Sonne!
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns ganz herzlich .
Kommen gerne nochmal wieder.
