Discover the charm of the Dutch coast with our holiday home Zomerhuis Zand, located in the picturesque village of Egmond aan Zee. This cosy home can accommodate up to 4 guests (max 2 adults) in 60 square metres of living space, including a bedroom, children's room and a bathroom.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with microwave, kettle and coffee maker, so you will feel right at home. The kitchen has tile flooring and a window that provides plenty of natural light.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a cosy sofa, a coffee table and an atmospheric lamp that provides a cosy atmosphere in the evenings.
The bedroom is equipped with a sink, comfortable bed, soft pillows and high-quality bedding to guarantee you a good night's sleep. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower with a large shower panel and a toilet.
Outside, you will find a beautiful garden with a comfortable seating area where you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views of the lighthouse and surrounding nature.
The house is smoke-free and we aim to provide a low allergen environment. We ask our guests to respect this for everyone's comfort.
The beach and dunes are a few minutes' walk away. Also the cosy centre with market in high season, many catering outlets and direct access to the beach is only a 4-minute walk away.
We have a free parking card for you.
