dining/living room, kitchen (fully equipped with cooker and oven, dish-washer, etc.), 2 bedrooms (both with king size bed), 1 bathroom, patio/courtyard, 2 terraces, garden. Summer house, in which was - at an earlier time - the wine press of the village community. This cottage has been restored with wonderful taste and care by two artists who live on the island.

Location and surroundings of object

A short drive takes you to some of the most famous sights, beaches and sport facilities (diving centre, surfing, hang gliding and paragliding spots).
The location is also an ideal base for hiking, biking and fishing. Mala is situated in the north-east of Lanzarote, only 1 km from the coast. It is a very tranquill and picturesque village set in a landscape of large cactus plantations and bizarre volcanoes to which the white, cubic houses make an outstanding contrast .There are two mini-supermarkets, a doctor, a dentist, a pharmacy and a Colombian snack-bar where you can taste “arepas”. Mala is untouched by mass tourism.
