Description
From the spacious terrace and from almost all rooms, you can enjoy the view of Lake Neuwarp, the Szczecin Lagoon and the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. The red brick house in which the holiday flat is located on the first floor is in a quiet, rural setting (completed in 2013). You live separately on the right-hand side of the courtyard with your own entrance and driveway. From the high terrace you have a wonderful view over the Neuwarper See (with garden furniture and sun lounger). The maritime location naturally allows all kinds of water sports (use of a boat possible). There is a children's playground with trampoline, a barbecue area and a smoker on the grounds. The holiday home has a gallery with a 2nd double bed. The flat is lovingly furnished in country house style with homemade wooden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooker, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. In the dining or living room there is a cosy country house fireplace. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed and the children's room with a single bed and an extra bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Furthermore, two ponies belong to our small farm, which are happy about every stroke.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located directly on Neuwarper See. The Seeblick holiday flat is located in the idyllic fishing village of Rieth on the southern shore of Lake Neuwarp. The castle, the brick-built village church, the lovingly furnished little local history room and, of course, the bathing beach are all worth seeing in Rieth. This is child-friendly, as the water here only gets deeper very gradually.
