From the spacious terrace, and from all the windows you can enjoy the view of the lake Neuwarper, the Szczecin Lagoon and the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. In a peaceful rural setting see the old barn located in the apartment. They live separately on the back of the court. From the terrace you have direct access to the lake (with boat dock). The maritime location allows course all water sports (using a boat possible). On the grounds there is a children's playground, a barbecue area, a fire pit and a smoker. The apartment has modern amenities: living room with satellite TV, CD radio and cozy fireplace, kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer. The apartment is right on the lake Neuwarper. The lake-view apartment located in the idyllic fishing village on the south bank of the Rieth Neuwarper lake. Interesting in Rieth are the castle (Rural School), the brick building erected in the village church, lovingly decorated small home office and of course the beach stand. This is child-friendly, as the water is only gradually deeper here.

Extraordinarily relaxing
The apartment Kapitänchen in a converted barn simply radiates tranquility and coziness. There is a large cooking/dining area on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a very cozy TV corner and two bedrooms. Particularly nice was the fireplace, which really heated the entire apartment. A winter garden on the ground floor and a huge balcony made the apartment even more attractive. The direct view of the water was wonderful; after a short walk through the garden, you were already outside in nature. Hiking trails and bike paths are right next to the house. The house was very well maintained, and the property was also wonderfully tidy. Very nice was the baker's cart with a mini-market and socks three times a week. Our two dogs were welcome and felt very comfortable there. Werner and Angelika

Beautiful holiday flat in dreamlike surroundings

We had a few wonderful days in Rieth.
A super great flat, great facilities, not to mention the location!!!!
Simply dreamlike!!!
Many thanks also to the very nice landlords. We got a lot of tips for excursions, which were really worthwhile...

beautiful holiday
An all-round beautiful holiday flat, with very friendly and obliging hosts. Peace, idyll, nature, excitement/adventure (e.g. Riether Werder), swimming, originality, cordiality, simplicity, romance (terrace+sunset+fireplace), seclusion, very good interior (with lots of wood)
We are not the "twice in one place-drivers" but here I can absolutely imagine it, see you soon maybe Marco and Beate! LG

Hardly gets any better
We had the honor of being the first to stay in this great holiday home. We were 3 adults and 3 children. 1 dog was also our travel companion. The holiday home promises everything that is shown in the offer. Great view of the Haff...and interior like in the pictures. The landlords are very nice. Absolutely idyllic location, you can find peace and quiet here. Take a walk on the dike and read in front of the fireplace in the evening. Play games with the kids in the conservatory and watch the Haff. As I said, it can hardly get any better. We will gladly come back.
