Description

The Casa Romero surrounds a well-kept garden with many sunny and shady spots. On the pool terrace are 6 sun loungers with cushions. Here is another beautiful seat overlooking the mountains. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa, a flat TV with all German channels and radio. Through the panoramic windows you can see in the wide surroundings. From the living room leads into the glazed porch with access to the pool terrace and the kitchen. Here is the dining table. There are three bedrooms with plenty of closet space, two modern bathrooms and a new fully equipped kitchen. A car parking is right in the driveway.

A wonderful holiday home!

We rented this house for two weeks. Everything went wonderfully, from the booking to the payment to the handover of the keys. We received a wonderful house with a great view, excellent amenities, a beautiful pool, and a fantastic outdoor area. In short, everything was fine, except for a few minor things that we didn't like (worn-out pool loungers, much too small sun umbrellas, and a broken outdoor awning) which we pointed out upon departure, where we were then told that these issues would be addressed. We would definitely book this house again, but not in the first two weeks of July, as it was almost a bit too hot for us, but possibly at the end of September or the beginning of October. In summary, a great house that has everything for a nice vacation.

Viele Grüße nach Abtsgmünd und vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die Sonnenschirme und - füße haben wir inzwischen erneuert. Für die Reparatur der einen nicht richtig funktionierende Markise habe ich heute einen Termin mit der Firma. Der Plastistoff der Sonnenliegen ist heil, das Blau ist lediglich von der Sonne ausgeblichen. Auf den Liegen gibt es qualitativ sehr gute Liegenpolster, welche für jeden Gast frische Stoffbezüge bekommen. Wir finden, dass die Plastikbespannung der Liegen, nur weil sie ausgeblichen ist, noch nicht erneuert werden muss, bedanken uns aber sehr für Ihre Anregungen. Zu unserer Entlastung möchte ich sagen - wir bitten jeden Gast mehrmals, sich sofort zu melden, wenn etwas für ihn nicht in Ordnung ist. Wenn Sie mir gleich Bescheid gegeben hätten, hätte ich die Schirme, Füße und die Markise sofort ausgetauscht, bzw. reparieren lassen.
Wir freuen uns, dass Sie trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub im Casa Romero hatten und begrüßen Sie selbstverständlich sehr gerne wieder bei uns.

Romero House

We spent a week at Casa Romero and the house leaves nothing to be desired. It is furnished with great attention to detail and very tastefully. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious, with great built-in wardrobes providing plenty of space. The outdoor area is fantastic, especially the wine cellar and the many beautiful flowers everywhere. The house is situated on a hill with a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains, and from a terrace you can wonderfully observe the sunset. This special terrace invites you to end a relaxing day with a gin and tonic or Aperol Spritz. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and we were always kindly, warmly, and competently looked after by the Linse family. With all my heart, I can recommend this great house. We were very happy there.

Dream vacation for the whole family

This summer, for the umpteenth time, three generations of our family stayed with the Linse family for our annual vacation. This year, we stayed at Casa Romero. The house is beautifully decorated with attention to detail and perfectly equipped, leaving nothing to be desired. It truly feels almost like home. Everything needed for a carefree vacation is available. The house is very well equipped, well-maintained, clean, and in a peaceful environment. Nevertheless, the paths to shopping, the beach, and the highway (which quickly takes you to beautiful places) are short. We spent a lot of time at the house, on the terrace, in the pool, and on the balcony and were hardly ever at the beach for the first time because everything was just right in our "vacation home." The different generations (teens, parents, and grandparents) all found their favorite spot at the house. We really felt very comfortable. We also booked our rental car through the Linse family and everything worked perfectly - at a very good price-performance ratio. We would love to come back and can really recommend the Romero house if you want to spend a truly relaxing vacation in a beautiful environment.

Casa Romero June 2019

We (3 friends) of a certain age have already visited several holiday destinations within and outside Spain and have therefore already experienced various types of accommodation. I can say that Casa Romero holds an excellent place on this list. The amenities are comprehensive. If you are looking for something... a corkscrew... a garlic press... you will find it. What impressed me the most, however, is the mix of peace, entertainment, and amenities. One lives up there very secluded and quiet, but is at the beach or Aldi within 15 minutes. However, a car is necessary if you want to carry the purchases home. Since the right to choose the next holiday destination always rotates with us, I don't know if we will be in Casa Romero again next year. If it were up to me: definitely. A heartfelt "Moin... Moin" to Mr. Linse. and please always be careful driving around the curves. . .

Great house in a great location

We spent our holiday in Casa Romero as a family of 5.
The house is perfectly equipped. When we arrived, we were very kindly welcomed by Mr Linse and given all the useful information about the house and the surrounding area!
Within walking distance (10 minutes) you can reach the beach and some shopping facilities, as well as restaurants.
Excursions to the surrounding area (Malaga 30 minutes) are easily possible by car. You can also drive to the Alhambra in about 90 minutes. Definitely recommended!
We had an all-round successful and relaxing holiday in a great house.
