This beautiful villa is very spacious. There are three bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living room with separate dining area and a satellite TV with all German channels. The house has three bathrooms and a spacious kitchen.
The property is not visible and there is plenty of room for sitting and berths to relax and retreat. The covered terrace, as well as the small pavilion on the pool terrace invite you to enjoy.
The property is large and has a private pool and a well maintained garden. You can see in the bay of Torre del Mar

Casa Martin is located in a quiet well maintained urbanization with individual houses, above the small yacht and fishing port of Caleta de Vélez. From here you can by car or bus wonderful day trips for example to Granada, the Sierra Nevada, Córdoba, Seville, Ronda, Marbella, Nerja etc. make. The new golf course Baviera is located next to the urbanization.

Pure relaxation
Very quiet and high situated, therefore a great view of the sea and Torre del Mar. The care of Fam. Linse always reliable and accessible. The house is a dream and we wanted for nothing.
We will definitely come again. Many greetings from Düsseldorf.
