The holiday flat Casablanca with 1-3 bedrooms, an open kitchen and two bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine, is located in the lower part of a single villa with its own breakfast terrace and direct access to the private pool (5 x 10 m). From the breakfast terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. At the pool there are sun loungers with pads and umbrellas, cosy seating areas and a barbecue. Many exotic plants grow on the large property. The car is parked directly in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the lower part of a single villa in a quiet, very well-kept urbanisation on a hill above the small yacht and fishing harbour of Caleta de Velez, only about 40 km from Málaga airport. Caleta de Vélez is a grown small fishing village with a fishing and marina, restaurants, grocery shops, an Aldi, a pharmacy, hairdressers and banks. There is a weekly market here every Saturday. The beach is 800 m away.
The new golf course Baviera-Golf is just behind the urbanisation - 2km away.

A great holiday!!
The accommodation was perfect for us! The more than spacious pool area for our sole use, the views of the sea and the very nice hosts from the " Oberhaus" have remained especially in our memory.
We will gladly come again!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großartigem Pool, Blick aus Meer und sehr netten Vermietern für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Viel Sehenswertes ist nach kurzen Autofahrten erreichbar.

Perfekt
Wir haben schon mehrfach bei Fam. Linse gebucht und waren immer sehr zufrieden :-)
Dieses Jahr waren wir dann auch mal in der schönen Wohnung Casablanca und wieder war für unseren Urlaub alles perfekt .
Fam . Linse wie immer jederzeit ansprechbar wenn man einen Tip oder Hilfe brauchte .
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts .
Auch der große Pool der den Gästen zur alleinnutzung zur Verfügung steht ist ein Traum .
Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Urlaub : - )

Paradies
Wir haben zehn wunderschöne Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und hat schon mit dem ersten Betreten des Grundstücks und der schönen Terrasse das Gefühl alles richtig gemacht zu haben.
Vor allem die Kinder waren begeistert, dass sie den Pool für sich ganz allein hatten.
Familie Linse ist sehr herzlich, gibt tolle Tipps und ist auch bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit.
Unsere Jungs fühlten sich nach eigener Aussage wie im Paradies und auch wir Eltern haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hätten am liebsten noch ein paar Tage dran gehängt.
Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Liebe Familie Linse, wir bedanken uns noch einmal herzlich, dass wir Gäste in Ihrem kleinen Paradies sein durften und wünschen Ihnen von Herzen alles Gute.

All holiday expectations exceeded
The whole area was an experience in itself. Sunny and shady corners catered to everyone's needs. The large swimming pool always offered a welcome change in the heat. The magnificent view of the sea is a particular feast for the eyes. The cozy evenings with one (or more) glass of wine, the fascinating starry sky and the distant lights on the sea will be an unforgettable memory.

Charmant und bezaubernd
Eine sehr charmante Wohnung mit einer bezaubernden Terrasse und Pool. Die direkte Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer zum Meer haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Ideal wenn man zwar ausspannen aber dennoch nicht weit vom Schuss sein möchte. Claus und Gilda sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt!
