We offer you a place for relaxation and recreation in nature. Enjoy your time in the large well-kept garden with two terraces and enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Plätlin on the boat path with a direct access to the lake. (Ideal for canoeists)
Our holiday home is modern and very nicely furnished. Our property is far away from the road with lake without motor boats. Access to the house and property is via stairs. A rowing boat is at your disposal for a romantic trip on the lake. Ideally suited for canoeists. The house and the property are only available to you as a tenant
The house consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1. bedroom with bunk bed and a living-dining-kitchen with a pull-out couch, as well as a bathroom with WC with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, pots, pans and cutlery). The living room enchants with a large glass front to the lake.
Our holiday home is suitable for an occupancy of two adults and two children. The house is not suitable for parties and noisy activities. The duvet set is available, only the bed linen with bed sheets has to be brought along. No towels are available, please bring these as well.
No pets are allowed.
The arrival day is Saturday from 14h
The departure day is Friday until 10h

Location and surroundings of object
The Müritz National Park, Rheinsberg and Neustrelitz are popular excursion destinations, but Berlin can also be reached quickly by train from Fürstenberg. The friendly village of Wustrow is ,5 km away and has several restaurants and a grocery shop with bakery.
Lake Plätlin is located in the Mecklenburg Lake District southeast of Mirow and south of Neustrelitz in southern Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The elongated lake is a maximum of 3.8 kilometres long and up to 700 metres wide. It is divided into a southern and a northern part by a narrow peninsula. In the northern part is the island of Hühnenwerder, which covers about 19 hectares and is largely forested. Large parts of the lakeshore are marshy and have a wide reed belt.
The water area is located entirely in the municipality of Wustrow, whose main village is located on the south-western shore of the lake. There is also a transfer point for water hikers to Lake Klenz. Water walkers are only allowed to cross the lake within the buoyed area in the direction of the Schwaanhavel.
To the south, Lake Plätlin has a small tributary (Reeksgraben) to Lake Großer Pälitz. To the north, the Schwaanhavel leaves the lake.
The northern part of the lake and large parts of the western shore lie together with adjacent areas in the 319-hectare nature reserve Nordufer Plätinsee.
