The modern vacation homes have everything you could dream of for a relaxed and eventful holiday. Idyllically located by the beautiful Plätlinsee, the houses offer the utmost comfort amidst nature.
Included in the price is the use of a Canadian canoe along with accessories (paddles and life jackets), as well as all ancillary costs.
The construction of the houses began in October 2018 and was completed in June 2019. This is a development area with 20 plots, the construction of the other plots is completed.
The plots include a private lake access with a newly built pier.
House Odin is one of four identical houses.
The houses are generously sized at 125sqm over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is important to us to offer especially families the space they need for optimal relaxation. A large, light-flooded living room with an open kitchen and wood stove, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms offer plenty of individual space. Our special extra - an open playroom with a balcony, here you will find the foosball table that is very popular with our guests.
The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, a sun umbrella, and a grill. There is a parking space for your cars on our parking lot. - 125 sqm on 2 floors for up to 6 people

The holiday homes are located a little away from the small village of Wustrow. This can be reached on foot or by bicycle and car. There is a shop in the village that is open 7 days a week during the season.
In addition to the bathing area opposite the holiday home, there is a large bathing beach in the village which is also very suitable for children.
Three restaurants belong to the village and a modern bowling alley.
Lake Plätlin is almost 4 km long. In the northern part of Lake Plätlin is the forested island of Hühnenwerder. The lake has very good water quality and is a paradise for paddlers and anglers
The lake is rich in fish and very popular with anglers. There are many species of fish - eel, perch, bream, pike, carp, burbot, roach, rudd, tench, catfish and zander.
