This beautiful one-bedroom flat is located in Port de Sóller. The hillside location guarantees a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains as far as the harbour. The new and open-plan living design offers plenty of light. The flat is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an additional pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for a further person. The living area has been completely redesigned and has a cosy sofa corner and a large TV with German channels. The open, bright kitchen (fully equipped) has a 3-ring ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine. The new bathroom with window and large shower has plenty of space. The absolute highlight of the flat is the approx. 20 square metre terrace. As this terrace gets plenty of sun in both winter and summer, there is an awning, table with chairs and sun loungers. The harbour promenade of Port de Sóller is within walking distance, but you are still quiet in the mountains. The view from the terrace - simply a pleasure; breakfast can last longer or you can enjoy a nice Mallorcan wine at sunset in the evening. Of course, our beautiful flat has hot/cold air conditioning and a free internet connection. The first hiking trails start nearby and cyclists are also very welcome! Fast (D100/U100) fibre optic internet. Alternatively we offer a 2 bedroom flat (up to 4 persons) in the same area.

Location and surroundings of object
This flat is located in the beautiful valley of Sóller in Port de Sóller on the north-west coast of Mallorca. Surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains, which have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Port de Sóller is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling tours. Guided hiking and cycling tours are offered in the town. The beautiful natural harbour enchants with its slightly French influence and the newly designed promenade invites you to take a stroll with its beautiful shops, many nice cafés and restaurants. The popular Spanish tapas are also available here. The beautiful beach is gently sloping and therefore also suitable for children. Public transport can be reached on foot from the flat in approx. 5-10 minutes. From Port de Sóller you can take the nostalgic tram (Tramvía) or the bus to the centre of Sóller in about 10 minutes. From there you can continue by bus or the famous train (Red Lightning or Orange Express) to Palma or Deia/Valledemossa. Boat trips are offered from the harbour to the famous Torrent de Pareis or Cala Tuent. Enjoy the indescribable combination of a fantastic mountain panorama, beach and sea in Port de Sóller.
