Our beautiful villa with private pool is ideal for families of 4/6 people.
The villa has been completely restored throughout in Tuscan style with terracotta floors and rustic furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher. TVsat. There are two bedrooms: one with four-poster bed and loft that can sleep two children, the second bedroom has a double bed. Bathroom with shower. Air conditioning / heating. The villa has a large private garden with garden furniture. The pool features tropical umbrellas and pool and a pergola with table, benches and barbecue for place outdoors. Covered parking. villa is located in a quiet residential area is just a few minutes from the sea nearest beach is that of Cecina Mare. We have more than 20 km of beaches, you can easily reach a new beach every day.

Location and surroundings of object
My villa is a house in a quiet location, just 2 km from Montescudaio, one of the most famous villages on the Etruscan Riviera. There is easy shopping, bank, post office, restaurants and trattorias where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine and selected local wines.
The sandy beaches of the Etruscan Coast, especially those of the Cecina Mare is about 12 km away to reach in 15 minutes by car.

The villa is strategic because from there you can reach easily and quickly the most attractive places and cultural cities of Tuscany. In half an hour you are at the airport of Pisa. After Florence and Siena you come in an hour. For Volterra and you need about 30 minutes.
Near the villa there are some medieval villages that are worth a visit: In the village of Bolgheri will take you through a long avenue with huge ancient, unique in Europe cypresses. Bolgheri is famous as a production area of Sassicaia wine. The wine and oil production are among the main attractions of the area.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt gar nicht, 2 Betten in einem Durchgangszimmer, renoviertes Zimmer stinkt erst nach Chlor, dann schimmelig, kein wirkliches Wohnzimmer oder Raum, in dem mehr als 6 Personen sinnvoll sitzen können! Pool schmutzig. W-Lan wegen des „Regens“ nach 2 Tagen nicht funktionstüchtig, keine Abhilfe; Übergabe des Hauses durch italienisch sprechenden Hausmeister, Kommunikation und Absprachen, z.B. über Kaution schwierig; insgesamt enttäuschend

Es tut mir sehr leid zu lesen, was Sie geschrieben haben, auch weil mein Bauernhaus bei den Gästen, die jedes Jahr von April bis Anfang November hier sind, immer sehr beliebt ist. Ich möchte einige Punkte klarstellen, die nicht ganz klar erscheinen. Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass Sie alle benötigten Informationen erhalten haben, da wir Ihnen wiederholt geschrieben haben, sowohl für die Begleichung des Restbetrags der Reservierung, den Sie vergessen hatten zu bezahlen, als auch für den schnellen Check-in und auch für die Organisation eines typisch toskanischen Abendessens mit unserem Koch während deines Aufenthaltes. Wir haben auch unseren genauen Ankunftsort per WhatsApp übermittelt, um keine Probleme beim Erreichen unseres Treffpunkts zu haben. Tatsächlich wartete direkt bei Ihrer Ankunft vor der geplanten Zeit ein Manager auf Sie und begleitete Sie zum Bauernhaus, wie wir es mit allen Gästen tun, die unsere Villen buchen. Es ist klar, dass wir uns in Italien befinden und nicht immer eine Person vor Ort ist, die Deutsch spricht, aber Sie wurden bereits im Voraus darüber informiert (alles sowohl bei der Buchung als auch dann per E-Mail mit einer zweiten Benachrichtigung), was zu tun ist Wir zahlen bis zur Ankunft... es gibt nichts Schwieriges, außerdem haben wir am Telefon sogar auf Deutsch gesprochen. Sie haben daher sowohl schriftlich als auch per WhatsApp unsere Nummern erhalten, unter denen Sie uns während Ihres Aufenthalts erreichen konnten. Wir erhielten jedoch nur eine Nachricht, wenn aufgrund von schlechtem Wetter die Internetverbindung unterbrochen war... aber das kann passieren... wir sind in der Auf dem Land funktioniert der Internetanschluss nicht so häufig wie in der Stadt. Das Schwimmbad wird regelmäßig überprüft, wir haben eine Person speziell für diese Aufgabe und es scheint uns, dass es immer in Ordnung war, sonst hätte man wie bei der Internetleitung sofort über WhatsApp kommunizieren können und wir hätten sofort eingegriffen. Was schließlich die Beschaffenheit des Hauses angeht, orientiert sich alles an der Beschreibung und die viele Bilder, die wir Ihnen regelmäßig bei der Buchung zur Verfügung gestellt haben.
