From the private entrance of the road leading to the 12 hectare, fenced park where you can enjoy already on so typical Tuscan Panorama: Over a wide, green area surrounded by vineyards of the views of the rolling hills covered up to the wonderful swimming pool ... , a magnificent, almost picturesque views.
The 300 m² house has 14-18 people, unless the apartment is rented for 4 people.
The large park around the house extends over 12 hectares, starting from the large green area around the house to the vineyards that surround the property.
The pool (20 x 18 m, open from mid-April to the end of November) is our flagship. When planning to the smallest detail they tried to stick it in the landscape. This is really well done: The first part of the basin with shallow water gives the impression of the sand beach, then the water is slowly deeper, you can swim, go into the "sea", towards the horizon.
The 10-person whirlpool is part of the basin; Here children and adults can make pleasure by the shoal of the basin.
Near the swimming pool there is a gazebo equipped, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the place. Tropical beach umbrellas and beach chairs give off a perfect setting.
The location is ideal. In a few minutes you reach the small town of Cecina, where you can buy everything you need: shops, supermarkets, restaurants of every type and characteristic weekly market every Tuesday morning winds through the streets of the center -it is one of the largest markets of Tuscany, its stalls offer everything from shoes to clothes, from fruit to vegetables. The main tourist centers of Tuscany are within easy reach from here.
Pisa with its major airport (the most important in Tuscany), only 30 minutes away by car. After Volterra and San Gimignano are likewise obtained in 30 minutes, while about needed one hour after Florence and Siena.

During the summer, from May until well into November, you can take a day to another sandy beach of the beautiful 20km long Etruscan Coast for swimming.
