Our 2 bedroom apartment, 47m. Living area, Bj. 2003, no steps, seniors and handicapped children is very generous and well appointed.
Parking in the large courtyard and a swimming pool for common use of the occupants of the 4 houses of the quiet, well-maintained small complex.

The apartment is on the ground floor surrounded by small, with scented jasmine hedges fenced gardens.
By steep location on the crest of a hill (220mt. Height), the 16 square meter terrace, in front of the living room, a sensational view of the medieval fortifications of picturesque Montescudaio (5 min. Walk to the Piazza) and the opposite hill chain with the silhouette of pine trees and cypresses: 180 ° real Tuscany!
The terrace faces south and has either from land or sea, always a nice breeze! In the warmer months, it is the most beautiful living room!

Location and surroundings of object
The well-maintained, quiet complex, situated opposite the entrance of the famous Montescudaio, just 5 min. Walk from the Piazza. The facility consists of four buildings, surrounded by gardens, steep built on the crest of a hill (220 meters high).
The private driveway (secured by an electric gate) with age-old oaks and oleanders leads up to a spacious place where you can park your car on a numbered square "around the corner".
The ecological swimming pool (about 7 x 12 m) in the sun terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas and shower, located at the top of the site overlooking the local panorama. It is from early June to late September open. You will be very carefully cleaned every other day thoroughly, the water is always crystal clear and just not chlorinated.
The apartments are privately owned by very nice, helpful Italians who live farther away and use this as private apartments. This is the facility and the swimming pool is only loosely frequented (Italians like also prefer to drive to the sea just 15 minutes minutes away!), So you can enjoy a Tuscan flair in very individual, well-kept environment and a lot of private intimacy!
Our apartment is on the ground floor in the fourth house, you see the house in the photo taken from the pool; the apartment is not on the side of the pool, but on the other side. Everything is on foot only a few hundred meters distance!
From our terrace, a panoramic 180 ° opens on the sweet hills with the distant silhouette of Volterra (30 km) above the serene sight of Montescudaio, on the fertile countryside with vineyards and olive, pine and cypress trees down to the level of Cecina and the "Etruscan coast" (from Cecina southward uninterrupted 11 km free beach, lined with an equally long pinewood Naturschutzgehbiet). From Montescudaio look from the terrace (see photo), only the old part of the medieval fortifications and lying on it square with the beautiful trees and the church. Perfect holiday accommodation in Montescudaio near Cecina.
We stayed in this vacation apartment with our children (9 and 6 years old) in the summer of 2023 and we had a wonderful time! The apartment leaves nothing to be desired for our taste. Everything is available and you can tell that the owners care very much about the well-being of their guests. A special highlight is the pool located directly at the house, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a fully functioning kitchen. There are mosquito nets over the beds, which ensured quiet and undisturbed nights. The owners gave us many good tips for excursions, dining, the country, and the people, etc. The entire process from booking to departure was professional and friendly. After a water-rich journey, the arrival was like in paradise. It's about a quiet facility, in an honest environment with fireflies and cicadas. It's about a very well-kept Tuscan apartment where there was and could have been EVERYTHING we needed and used! We also received valuable tips in advance in writing and orally. Again and again with pleasure
We stayed in the holiday flat of Fam Serenella-Tiede for the second time. We were completely satisfied! The cleanliness and very good furnishings of the flat, the very nice contact with the landlords, the great location not far from the romantic village "Montescudaio", .... should be emphasised. It was a very nice holiday in a really well-equipped flat. The beach is also close by, as are towns worth visiting such as Volterra. For day trips to e.g. Pisa or Florence, it is recommended to drive.
From the flat, you can also take a nice walk in the evening towards the church of Santa Maria Assunta and enjoy the beautiful evening atmosphere.

Die Verfasserin der Bewertung ist 18Jahe alt. Wir wissen nicht, auf wie viele Vergleichsbeispiele Sie ihr Urteil stützen kann.
Die Wohnung kann Samstags erst ab 17 Uhr bezogen werden. Da die Gäste aber bereits am Samstagmorgen früh eintreffen wollten(geschehen ist es wohl sehr früh), sind wir ihnen entgegengekommen, ohne Aufpreis! und haben unsere Zugehfrau gebeten früher zu reinigen. Sie hat das erst ab 21 Uhr der Vortag, nach ihrer reguläre Arbeit getan. Es ist wohl verständlich, dass nach einem vollen Arbeitstag und so späte Stunde der Elan und die Aufmerksamkeit begrenzt sind.
Die Wohnung ist ab Mitternacht fertig für die Gäste gewesen!

Wieder Mal ein wunderschöner Urlaub!
Wir hatten zum zweiten Mal in Folge einen tollen Familienurlaub (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder,6 +15 Jahre alt) in diesem bezaubernden Dorf. Erneut haben wir das perfekt eingerichtete Apartment sehr genossen. Wegen Corona konnten wir leider den Pool in diesem Sommer nicht nutzen. Was gar nicht so schlimm war, da wir mehr Zeit hatten, die Toskanischen Küste/ Buchten zu besuchen. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer ist einfach Top! Vielen Dank noch Mal an Frau Tiede,die uns bei unserer Angelegenheit versucht hat, uns zu helfen. Dies war definitiv nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Montescudaio!

Toller Urlaub - herzliche Vermieter
Wir (53+56) hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in Montescudaio. In der liebevoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung fehlte es wirklich an nichts! Wenn wir nicht die herrliche Gegend erkundeten, konnten wir auf der Terrasse gemütlich verweilen und den Blick schweifen lassen. Den gepflegten Pool der Anlage nutzten wir sehr gerne. Dank der vielen tollen Tipps vom Ehepaar Tiede haben wir uns schnell in der Umgebung zurecht gefunden. Die nahegelegenen Strände (ohne Massentourismus) hinter den Pinienwäldern von Cecina haben wir geliebt. Auch die "weißen Strände von Vada" waren dank der Beschreibung unserer Vermieter schnell gefunden. Gerne können wir diesen Urlaub in Montescudaio weiter empfehlen.

Super Buchung!
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, danke für Spül- und Waschmaschine!) haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung in einer traumhaften Gegend jeden Tag genossen.
Wir haben die Tips für Ausflüge gerne angenommen, die Variante für Florenz mit dem Zug war genial! So auch die liebevoll ausgesuchten Restaurants, lecker und preiswert. Großen Spaß hatten wir an den supersauberen Schwimmbad.
Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Unterkunft!

Der Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung war genial. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Vor der Terrasse breitet sich ein fantastisches Panorama der Toskana aus. Dieser Blick ins Grüne sowie zum Meer gibt dem Menschen ein richtiges Urlaubsgefühl. Das danebenliegende Schwimmbad hat für eine Abkühlung an den heißen Tagen gesorgt. Montescudaio ist eine wundervolle Stadt mit Charme. Die Gastgeber haben unseren Besuch mit einer hervorragenden Aufstellung von verschieden Tipps bereichert. Angefangen beim besten Eis, den günstigsten Tankstellen bis zu Feinschmeckerlokalen und vor allem interessanten Veranstaltungen in Montescudaio und in der Gegend. So konnten wir z. B. an einem einzigartigen Mittelalter-Fest in Volterra teilnehmen oder lokale Leckereien auf dem Wochenmarkt in Cecina probieren. Einfach wunderbar! Vielen Dank!

Familienurlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in diesem wunderbaren Dorf. Wir haben das perfekt eingerichtete Apartment sehr genossen. Es fehlte an nichts! Die ruhige Anlage mit perfektem Pool! Der Blick aus der Terasse ist wunderschön! Die Vermieter, Frau und Herr Tiede, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Infomaterial ist hervorragend ausgearbeitet und wurde uns schon vor Urlaubsantritt zugesandt. Man hat einfach an alles gedacht. Dank diese Informationen, konnten wir viel unternehmen, ohne uns selber gedanken zu machen, wo und was anzuschauen gibt.

Schöne Anlage in idyllischer Umgebung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen kleinen Wohnanlage mit sehr angenehmen Bewohnern. Von hier kann man gut in verschiedene Richtungen Ausflüge unternehmen, wobei je nach Ziel die Wege z.T. doch etwas länger sind. Dafür ist es in der Ferienwohnung, v.a. auf der Terrasse und im Pool, wirklich sehr schön und man kann auch gut einfach ein bisschen vor Ort entspannen. Auch die Strände in der Umgebung haben wir sehr gern besucht.
Wir kommen bestimmt gerne mal wieder!

Wir lieben es
Auch nach vielen Jahren können wir (1 Erw. und 2 Kinder, 11 J. und 15J.) uns nicht satt sehen von Montescudaio und unserer schönen Unterkunft. Sie ist so schön gelegen und ideal für Ausflüge nach Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra oder zum Stand. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen Extras ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wurde von allen kräftig genutzt. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Tiede, wir hatten eine wunderbare, erholsame Zeit und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr.

Holiday at its best
My wife and I, both over 50, enjoyed a wonderful holiday.
The complex is a very nice haven of peace and offer everything you need. The flat is very well equipped and furnished with attention to detail. Montescudaio itself is an idyllic place, situated at an altitude of just under 200 m, so that you have a wonderful view of the sea from above. The restaurants in the village are all recommendable.
For us, it was a great starting point for all our activities in the region. Whether to the sea in Cecina, to Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Bolgheri, Livorno, Volterra or Lucca, one place is more beautiful than the other. And the special thing is: the landlords, Mrs. and Mr. Tiede, have their recommendations for all the places and sights, which we were able to use perfectly. We visited some of the recommended restaurants and were always well advised! All in all, an unforgettable holiday and highly recommended!

And another wonderful holiday!
We had a great family holiday for the second time (2 adults and 2 children,3 +5 years old) in this wonderful village. Once again we enjoyed the perfectly furnished flat. Especially the view from the terrace over the village and the coast on the horizon thrilled us again. We were again very warmly and lovingly welcomed, this time we even had the opportunity to meet the very hospitable owners personally. This was definitely not our last holiday in Montescudaio! Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Zeit in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen, da auch die Umgebung sehr abwechslungsreich ist und viele kleine wie große Orte und das Meer leicht zu erreichen sind.

Relaxation from the 1st minute
We (2 adults, 2 children) spent our holiday in this wonderful setting for the 2nd time. The complex is very quiet and yet the piazza of the village, where you can get everything for your daily needs, is very close. The flat itself is very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The location is perfect for excursions to Tuscany or the sea. And the terrace with a view of the olive groves and of course the pool, which we used at least once a day, invite you to relax. Great holiday

Wonderfully relaxed holiday

Abseits von Massentourismus
mit ruhiger Lage und doch alles gut erreichbar. Zum Beispiel Ausflüge nach Volterra, San Gimignano oder ein Tag auf Elba. Die Beschreibung der Lage und Umgebung in der Anzeige sind zutreffend und zeigen die Liebe der Vermieter zur Region. Drei Mal waren wir nun hier und werden sicher auch ein viertes Mal hierher kommen. Einen Extra-Stern verdienen die von den Vermietern jährlich vorab zugesandten Veranstaltungshinweise und Empfehlungen für die Zeit vor Ort.

Wir waren im Herbst (Anfang Oktober) in dieser wunderschön gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Das Wetter war hervorragend, man konnte sowohl im Swimmingpool als auch im nahe gelegenen Meer noch jederzeit baden.
Montescudaio ist sehr reizvoll und lädt zu ausgedehnten Abend-Spaziergängen ein.
Die Vermieter, Frau und Herr Tiede, sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Das Infomaterial ist hervorragend ausgearbeitet und wurde uns schon lange vor Urlaubsantritt zugesandt. Man hat einfach an alles gedacht. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlt!

Erholung pur ab dem 1. Tag
wir haben unseren Urlaub zum zweiten Mal in der schönen Ferienwohnung von Frau Tiede verbracht. Gefühlt wohnt man wie in einem eignen Haus für sich, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sie ist perfekt und ansprechend ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Frühstück und Abendessen auf der eignen großen Terrasse und bei Bedarf befinden sich gute Lokale direkt nebenan. Die Landschaft um das Örtchen Montescudaio ist wunderschön mit herrlicher Aussicht ins Land und bis zum Meer. Strandliebhaber kommen in dieser Region genauso auf ihre Kosten, wie alle, die mehr auf Besichtigungsreise unterwegs sein wollen. Hier lohnen nicht nur die bekannten größeren Städte, sondern auch viele kleine Orte mit mittelalterlichem Stadtkern, für eine Besichtigung. Auch hierfür liegt die Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt ideal. Da wir nicht mehr auf die Schulferien angewiesen sind, verbringen wir unseren Urlaub gern in der zweiten Hälfte des Septembers. Perfekt für alle, die noch am Strand sich sonnen und im Meer baden wollen und ebenso Lust auf ein paar Besichtigungsfahrten haben. Frau Tiede lässt jedem Gast im Voraus viele interessante Tipps und Hinweise zukommen. Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche wieder sehr genossen und sind erholt zurück gekommen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wohlfühlen in traumhafter Umgebung
Wir (zwei schon etwas länger Erwachsene) haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung mitten in traumhafter Lage sehr wohl Gefühlt. Auch wegen der perfekten Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, der guten Betreuung der Vermieter mit tollen Infos, über Einkaufen, Lokale, Ausflugsziele usw. Die nähe zum Meer und zu den Ausflugszielen in der Toskana sind der Garant für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub. Gerne wieder (am liebsten gleich Morgen).

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Montescudaio
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren zum 3. Mal in Folge in Montescudaio. Das malerische Dorf bietet fernab vom Massentourismus Erholung und Toskana pur, mit hervorragender Gastronomie. Die schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung Serenella-Montescudaio ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und das Kochen mit den frischen Kräutern aus dem Garten, sowie den sensationellen Blick von der Terasse auf unser geliebtes Montescudaio sehr genossen. Die Kinder kamen im schönen Pool der gepflegten Anlage oder am Strand von Cecina mare (ca. 20 Autominuten entfernt) auch voll auf ihre Kosten, so dass der Urlaub, neben Ausflügen nach Lucca oder Volterra, für die ganze Familie abwechslungsreich und wunderschön war. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das große Engagement und die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter! Vielen Dank liebe Familie Tiede, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung in der Toskana
Wir, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, verbrachten zwei traumhafte Wochen in dieser tollen Wohnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist mehr als vorbildlich - es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Küche ist mit reichlich Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen, Küchengeräten usw. ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ganz besonders gefiel uns auch die schöne Terrasse, die man im Sommer als zusätzliches Zimmer betrachten kann. Sehr gerne nutzten wir auch den gepflegten Pool.
Sehr angetan waren wir schon vor dem Urlaub von den vielen Tipps und Informationen sowie dem telefonischen Kontakt.
Wir hatten das Glück, Frau und Herrn Tiede vor Ort persönlich kennenzulernen. Sie sind wirklich sehr nett und um ihre Gäste bemüht.
Wir können die Wohnung aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

Empfehlenswert
Wir kamen zum vierten Mal nach Montescudaio, haben zum ersten Mal bei Ehepaar Tiede gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl.
Ein phantastischer Blick von der Terasse aus. Toskana pur...
Ein schöner Pool, den wir fast immer für uns allein hatten, trotz Hauptsaison.
Die Wohnungsausstattung war komplett, es fehlte uns an nichts, für wirklich alles war gesorgt-wie zuhause.
Den Ortskern erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten (bergauf!), dort bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Es gibt eine Menge guter Restaurants am Ort.
Den Strand in Vada (Spiaggie Bianche) erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 30 Minuten. Es ist ein freier Strand mit herrlichem weißen Sand und karibikblauem Meer.
Aus unserer Sicht der perfekte Standort in der Toscana, wenn man auch Meerliebhaber ist, so wie wir.
Der Ort ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unzählige Ausflüge in die Umgebung: Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florenz,...
Unsere Gastgeber haben uns eine Menge Tipps gegeben und obwohl uns schon so Einiges bekannt war, konnten wir noch viel Neues entdecken, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Rundum ein gelungender Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) verbrachten im Juli zwei Wochen in dieser wunderbar eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist liebevoll ausgesucht und durchdacht. Es war alles vorhanden, angefangen vom Olivenöl bis hin zum Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Die Sauberkeit ist absolut makellos, so dass der Urlaub schon sofort nach der Ankunft beginnen konnte. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, liebe Frau und Herr Tiede. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Urlaub im malerischen Montescudaio
Sehr schöne und ruhige FeWo, perfekt ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen malerischen Blick in die Landschaft und auf Montescudaio. Parkmöglichkeit ist unmittelbar am Haus. Die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Das romantische Dorf mit guter Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Meer (schöner Sandstrand) erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufgeschlossen und engagiert. Die FeWo ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Uns zieht es schon seit vielen Jahren immer wieder nach Montescudaio. Das malerische toskanische Dorf mit seinen hervorragenden Restaurants etwas abseits des touristischen Trubels bietet Erholung pur. Zum Meer sind es nur 15 Minuten. Die Ferienwohnung Serenella-Montescudaio ist gut für die Selbstversorgung ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse hat mein einen tollen Blick auf Montescudaio.

Nette saubere Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr gute Vorab- und Vor-Ortinformationen, die einen Urlaub von Beginn an ermöglichten. Tipps zu Kultur,Land und Leuten
vom Vermieter schriftlich zusammengefasst und aus der im Haus vorhandenen Literatur. Liebevoll ausgearbeitete Hinweise zum Einkauf, sowie zur lokalen und weitläufigeren Gastronomie. Aufgeführt sind sowohl preiswerte als auch mittel- und hochpreisige Lokale mit gut getroffenen Qualitätsbeurteilungen.
Was uns im Vergleich zu bisher gemieteten Ferienwohnungen sehr sehr gut gefallen hat,waren
die vielen Kleinigkeiten die das Leben einfach machen und wertvolle Erholungszeit bewahrt haben.Nicht nur der Grill, sondern auch die Kohle und der Anzünder, nicht nur das Fahrrad sondern auch die Pumpe und das Flickzeug.Der Erste-Hilfe-Kasten.Werkzeug und Kaminholz. Die Muskatnuss,aber auch die Muskatnuss-Reibe. Eine Vielzahl von Gewürzen, Essig und Öl. Zur Ankunft Obst Gemüse und Wein, kleine Kurz-Gebrauchsanweisungen für die Fülle von Küchengeräten, Unterhaltungselektronik und der Versorgungseinrichtungen. Bis auf die Beschaffung der tgl. Lebensmittel waren keine Sondereinkäufe erforderlich da alles in der Wohnung war.
Die landschaftlich reizvolle Lage und das gute Wetter und der saubere Pool rundeten den Urlaub zusätzlich positiv ab.
An Familie Serenella-Tiede herzlichen Dank für ihr beispielhaftes Engagement. Ein in allen Belangen zu empfehlender Vermieter und eine sehr gute Ferienwohnung.

Toskana-Urlaub, wie er sein soll!
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Anlage mit Pool. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wir (2 Erw. + 2 Kinder) haben wirklich nichts vermisst.
Den Pool haben wir selten genutzt, weil er für unsere kleinen Kinder zu tief zum einfach nur drin plantschen war. Aber alles ist sehr sauber und bestens zum Schwimmen und Relaxen auf den ausreichend vorhandenen Liegen geeignet.
Das Zentrum des idyllischen Örtchens Montescudaio ist in ca. 5-10 Min zu Fuß den Berg hinauf gut zu erreichen. Hier findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf: Bäcker, Metzger, kleinen Lebensmittelladen etc. - typisch toskanisch und gar nicht touristisch.
Für den größeren Einkauf empfiehlt es sich, nach Cecina zu fahren - Tipps, wo man am besten einkauft bekommt man schon im Vorfeld von den Vermietern (dazu später mehr).
Unsere Highlights waren Montescudaio und Umgebung, die Terrasse mit Blick auf Ort und Meer, sowie die freien Strände südlich von Cecina Mare (ca. 25 Min mit dem Auto entfernt).

Die Vermieter sind unglaublich engagiert: Mit vielen Tipps und Informationen zu Wohnung, Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sorgen sie mittels per Post zugesandter Unterlagen und sehr netten, persönlichen Telefonaten dafür, dass der Urlaub schon vor der eigentlichen Anreise beginnt. Wir haben einige der vorgeschlagenen Restaurants, Veranstaltungen, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ausprobiert und wurden nie enttäuscht.
Auch für die Hinfahrt hatten sie einen Tipp, wo wir eine Zwischenübernachtung einlegen können, und haben die Buchung vermittelt - hat alles super geklappt.

Unser Urlaub
Wir haben kurzfristig hier eine Woche Familienurlaub genossen. Durch die rasche Zusendung der Unterlagen hat alles gut geklappt. Wie versprochen eine Unterkunft mit bester Ausstattung. Die vorher zugeschickten Tipps sind sehr nett und hilfreich. Auch selbst im Haus sind kleine Zettelchen hinterlegt.
Wir hatten mit 4 Personen ausreichend Platz.
Die Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und sehr schön. Wer die freien Strände mag, findet hier mehrere tolle Plätze.
Der kleine Ort Montescudaio ist wirklich entzückend.
Es war sehr schön. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Toller und entspannter Urlaub in Montescudaio
Zusammen mit drei Freundinnen haben wir eine tolle entspannte Woche in Montescudaio verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet, die Terasse mit tollem Blick sowie der Pool waren unsere Highlights. Einziges Manko war das fehlende Wlan. Dies hätte zusätzlich helfen können war aber auch sehr entspannt auf der anderen Seite da man für eine Woche dem Internet entkommen konnte ;).
Die Busverbindungen von Cecina nach Montescudaio sind etwas unregelmäßig aber machen bei guter Tagesplanung keine Probleme. Ein Auto macht hier schon sehr Sinn. Ausreichend Parkplätze gibt es bei der Wohnung.
Die vielen Tipps von Herr und Frau Tiede haben uns gefallen, sodass wir auch Veranstaltungen erleben konnten die nicht sehr touristisch sind.
Vielen Dank hierfür! Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an Sie wenden. Insbesondere die weißen Karibikstrände von Vada haben es uns angetan!
Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön und ruhig, mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Ortskern von Montescudaio, mit kleinen Läden und netter Gastronomie, ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei der Ausstattung ist an alles gedacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr engagiert. Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
