Welcome to Casale Acquaviva: a typical Tuscan farmhouse with stone façade, surrounded by several hectares of vineyards belonging to the farmhouse, located in a peaceful and sunny area just 2 Km from the town of Montescudaio, an ancient village set on a hill overlooking the sea of the Etruscan Coast. The sandy beaches of the Etruscan Coast are easily reachable by car in just 10-15 minutes.

The farmhouse offers hospitality in 5 independent flats, furnished in the rustic Tuscan style, each with its own outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining. A pool with solarium has just been built and will be ready for the 2012 season, surrounded by ample space and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Barbecue grills are available for guest use in a corner of the park that surrounds the property.
The flats are let individually but a price for group stays has also been set in case the 5 flats are let together, for groups up to 30 people.

Cecina Mare and its beaches, some free and some private, are the closest beaches. The strategic position makes it possible to choose a different beach every day and perhaps visit the famous white beaches of Vada, where the white sand and the crystal clear waters recall the beauty of the Caribbean.
