Description
The location of the house is unique. Facing the sea, separated only by a small residential street, this beautiful house is situated in a quiet residential area. If you sit on the terrace or in the living room, you look at the deep blue Atlantic and the opposite island of La Gomera.
The living room has a cozy sitting area consisting of a sofa and two armchairs. Here is the TV with satellite antenna to receive almost all German television and radio programs in digital quality, and a DVD player and a small stereo system with CD. Moreover, there is in front of the large picture window in the living room two additional chairs. The dining table in the kitchen 4 people can easily take place. The kitchen has all major appliances that you would expect from a holiday home in this class. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a washing machine.
The bedrooms are spacious, one has a double bed with 2 mattresses in the size of 90 x 200 cm, the other bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200 cm) which are directly adjacent. All beds are equipped with comfortable mattresses. The closets are at ceiling height. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink and toilet. Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are sufficiently available.
On the sun terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds. The small pool is about 4 x m tall. Although he has no "Olympic dimensions", but to refresh and for Planschspaß it was good enough. The sandy beach of Playa de San Juan is only 10 minutes away.

Location and surroundings of object
There is in Playa San Juan-a beautiful promenade that stretches about a kilometer along the coastal edge.
And the sun shines here guarantees 360 days .... And Playa de San Juan has a very nice sandy beach, which is also suitable for children. There are many good restaurants with national and international cuisine.
Especially we would like to point out the good fish restaurants that exist in Playa de San Juan. The restaurant owners take some night fishing for sea and only return in the morning. Fishing is then cooked dinner in the restaurant. Fresh as it gets.
The small fishing harbor with its small sandy beach is sheltered by a pier from wind, and is therefore also on windy days untroubled bathing. At other coastal strip along a promenade runs, and bizarre lava rocks form the shore.

Cancellation terms:

Dream house
We stayed at Casa Caleton for 13 days and were very satisfied. We received a friendly welcome from our guest manager, Mr Dotschkis. The house has a fantastic location with a great view. Everything you need is there, especially the well equipped kitchen, there are enough dishes, pots and pans and much more. Everything was clean, we felt very comfortable. In the morning a coffee with sea view from the bedroom, wonderful. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the village. Parking was at the door every day. After our excursions we enjoyed the peace and quiet. We look forward to coming back soon.

The house is in a beautiful location but needs renovation.
The house is about 25-30 years old and in need of extensive renovation. The windows, doors, cabinets, and cushion covers are dirty and difficult to open. The shower, tiles indoors and outdoors, are completely calcified and old, with crumbling surfaces. The beds do not have comfortable mattresses but rather mattresses with oversized toppers that constantly move. The stairway was so dirty that it could not be touched.

Pretty house, unfortunately not very clean.
The house itself is pretty, but the cleaning was not thorough. The floor was dirty, both inside and outside. Thick layers of dust on lampshades and chair armrests. The railings were sticky. The loungers and all cushions were not clean and sticky. There were bloodstains on the bedding. We complained about this directly the next day, citing Calima as the reason.
Too bad!

House of superlatives
Not only the well-kept ambience, but also this 180 o degree great view of the sea with sunsets over La Gomera, make Casa Caleton an unforgettable holiday experience. Also the cordial care by "the guest advisor" on site was great!
After our excursions, we also enjoyed the small but very refreshing pool, which was expertly cleaned every Wednesday by the "poolboy"!
The village, not overcrowded with tourists, with its many small bars and the harbour, rounded off the holiday feeling.
How nice to know that there is such a wonderful location and we will gladly come back!
