Both holiday flats are on the first floor.
The property is a modern, comfortably furnished holiday flat. It was completed in April 2011 and is located on the upper floor of our detached house.
It has an open-plan kitchen/living room with dining table and chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa set with flat-screen TV, digital satellite receiver and WiFi connection.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a kitchen counter for storage.
The bedroom has a double bed, seating, sliding door wardrobe and the possibility to add a cot.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Covered terrace and barbecue facilities available. Parking space directly at the house. Storage for bicycles available. Use of washing machine and dryer by arrangement.

Location and surroundings of object
Carolinensiel-Harlesiel the idyllic fishing village with three harbours.
A daily ferry leaves from Harlesiel for the idyllic island of Wangeroog. An excursion with show crab fishing, as well as a trip to the seal banks with a traditional wooden cutter are also possible.
Carolinensiel is also home to the Sielhafen Museum, where you can learn about life on land and on the water.
Gourmet restaurants and quaint cafes invite you to linger and of course offer typical local specialities. The museum harbour is also a popular destination in the evenings.
Those who enjoy sports or prefer wellness can meet at the Cliner Quelle. There is a swimming pool, sauna area, fitness room and massage area.
There is also the possibility of surfing on the beach or taking a sailing course under professional guidance in the idyllic fishing village with its three harbours.

| The rental prices are valid for 2 persons with a small child. For each additional person 5,- € per day will be charged. Bed linen, towels and W-Lan are included. The local tourist tax is at the expense of the tenant. The visitor's tax for adults is 3 Euro/day, for children (4 - 15 years) 1,50 Euro/day, children under the age of 4. Free of charge. In winter the visitor's tax for adults is 1,50 Euro/day, children from (0 - 15 years) free. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Simply beautiful
A beautiful vacation apartment in a central location. Ms. Evers is super nice and attentive. She had offered me, for example, that I could stay longer in the apartment since my ferry didn't leave until the afternoon.

Very nice holiday flat
Landlady Mrs Marion Evers very friendly. The flat is very comfortably furnished with attention to detail. Everything you need is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Supplies are provided (towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.). Accommodation very clean. Bicycles are ideal for reaching the beach and the bakery (a few minutes). Walks along the Siel are possible in the immediate vicinity. We will come again.

We have been spending our vacation with our dog at the Evers family's for several years now and can wholeheartedly recommend these apartments. Very nice landlords, good residential area, and everything is super well-maintained and clean.
