Both holiday flats are on the first floor.
Apartment 1, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 2 adults and max 2 children,

Our holiday flat 1 was renovated and extended in January 2015. On the

Location and surroundings of object
Carolinensiel-Harlesiel the idyllic fishing village with three harbours.
A ferry departs daily from Harlesiel to the idyllic island of Wangeroog. An excursion with show crab fishing, as well as a trip to the seal banks with a traditional wooden cutter are also possible.
Carolinensiel is also home to the Sielhafen Museum, where you can learn about life on land and on the water.
Gourmet restaurants and quaint cafes invite you to linger and of course offer typical local specialities. The museum harbour is also a popular destination in the evenings.
Those who enjoy sports or prefer wellness can meet at the Cliner Quelle. There is a swimming pool, sauna area, fitness room and massage area.
There is also the possibility of surfing on the beach or acquiring a sailing licence under professional guidance

| The rental prices are valid for 2 persons with a small child. For each additional person 5,- € per day will be charged. Bed linen, towels and W-Lan are included. The local tourist tax is at the expense of the tenant. The visitor's tax for adults is 3 Euro/day, for children (4 - 15 years) 1,50 Euro/day, children under the age of 4. Free of charge. In winter the visitor's tax for adults is 1,50 Euro/day, children from (0 - 15 years) free. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Very well-kept nice apartment...
The landlord is very nice and warm-hearted. She welcomed us very kindly and showed us everything. The apartment was very well-maintained, as was the whole house and the property. The apartment has everything one needs. Everything was well-kept and clean. The location was excellent, between the beach and the city. One could reach everything very well on foot. We are very happy to recommend Mrs. Evers' house. We will definitely come back.

Arriving and feeling at home
Warm welcome! Very friendly landlords! The apartment is equipped with everything one needs, very clean and well-maintained! Great location, as it is central to both the harbor and the beach!

Clean as a whistle, great location.
We spent six days in the apartment with two dogs. On the first day, we were welcomed very warmly. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. The harbor with small shops and restaurants is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable!

Absolutely recommended
We spent 5 wonderful days there.
It started with a super warm welcome from the Evers family. They are super nice and warm-hearted people.
We were there together with our son (2) and a dog.
The Evers family is very child and pet-friendly.
The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. It has everything you need. And if you ever need something or have questions, you can always contact the landlords, who will take care of it immediately and always have an open ear.
The location is also perfect. Everything you need is within walking distance.
All in all, more than recommendable.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back ??
If you could give 10 stars, I would do it.

Beautiful apartment
Beautiful apartment. It is centrally located, the city center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The beach can be reached on foot in half an hour, but it would be better to drive to the beach by car. There are parking spaces at the beach, the cost for 4 hours is 2 euros. In my opinion, the beds and the sofa could be replaced, they feel worn out to me. Otherwise, it was a great apartment.
