Holiday apartment
We felt very comfortable. The apartment is decorated with great care and exudes a pleasant character.
The paths to the beach and the promenade are short, and yet you are not right in the hustle and bustle.
We would gladly come back.

Great accommodation
We had wonderful days in this cozy, lovingly furnished vacation apartment. The construction site nearby did not bother us, as we explored the island during the day and there were no workers on the site in the evenings. I really can't understand how anyone could have a problem with that, as the landlords have no control over it. We thought it was great, unfortunately too short, and we will definitely come back. The hosts are very caring, and you feel warmly welcomed right away. Please keep it up, and until we are back, we wish you only loving and understanding guests who can enjoy their day on the beautiful island.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
We have now been back in this great and lovingly furnished holiday apartment. There is nothing to complain about the vacation rental, it is very clean and we feel very comfortable every time and can enjoy our holiday there. And the construction site issue is not new, but we had no problems even there, it was not that loud at 7 in the morning. Most of the time you are out and about anyway. The view of the Baltic Sea is somewhat restricted by the construction of the hotel, but you can still see the sea from the balcony. The landlords are always friendly and helpful. In any case, this accommodation can be recommended with a clear conscience.

Vacation rental with construction site not recommended.
I am so disappointed with the landlords because there has been a construction site right next to the property since 2021, and the landlady only informed us one day before our arrival that there was a construction site nearby. This is a rip-off, as demanding the full amount for noise and disturbance starting at 7 a.m. is fraud.

es macht mich sehr traurig, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in unserer Ferienwohnung als Abzocke und Betrug bezeichnen. Leider könne wir die Baumaßnahmen nicht beeinflussen, aber es wäre schön gewesen, wenn Sie während Ihres Urlaubs mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen hätten. Wir hatten ja so gar keine Chance auf Ihre Unzufriedenheit zu reagieren.
Das ist sehr schade. Sie hätten die Möglichkeit gehabt eine andere Unterkunft zu beziehen.

Urlaub im Seeadler Residenz Seeblick
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Der Weg zur Seebrücke Sellin ein "Katzensprung". Sehr modern eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Elektrogeräte vorhanden. Frühstück auf dem Balkon jeden Morgen ein Muß. Essen gehen auf der Flaniermeile zu empfehlen. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Für die E-Bikes gibt es einen Abstellraum. Sehr klein aber nie voll. Fahrstuhl für Treppenlauffaule im Haus vorhanden. Wir kommen wieder....versprochen.
Was uns nicht gefallen hat:
- zum Teil sehr schlechte Fahrradwege. Da herrscht bei den Fahrradfans Einverständnis darüber. Die
teure Kurtaxe sollte dafür genutzt werden die Wege besser auszubauen.
- Genau vor dem Balkon der Ferienwohnung in 50 Meter befindet sich eine große Baustelle. Um 08:00
Uhr war die Nacht zu Ende (Abbrucharbeiten). Wenn man aber den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist merkt
man es nicht so sehr.
Familie Sperlich noch mal ein Dankeschön.
Übrigens..... wir hatten 14 Tage Sonnenschein.
