The Villa Estrella del Mar is situated on raised ground in a modern development of attractive architect-designed villas and bungalows. It is in a quiet road with magnificent views of the sea (fifteen minutes’ walk) and mountains. Its west-facing aspect ensures spectacular views of the setting sun. The villa has its own private grounds at the front and rear. At the rear, there is a large patio with covered dining area and private pool on a lower level with another patio. On the first floor there is a large sun balcony with table and chairs, with access from the master bedroom and landing. The villa is excellently equipped with all mod. cons. including 48 inch flatscreen satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is west-facing which means that it has good shelter from the winds as well as from the sun, if you want it, for most of the day at the rear. Magnificent sunsets are visible from the rear. For stunning mountain views, the front garden offers the perfect opportunity, as well as welcome shade on a hot addition to a large sun terrace and covered eating area near the pool, there is a very spacious balcony at first floor level, providing one of the best sea views on the island. The villa is located in the quiet, unspoilt village of La Pared on the rugged west coast of Fuerteventura. La Pared is a haven with no high-rise buildings. It has a beautiful golden sandy beach (Playa del Viejo Rey) with excellent surf, another beach with black sand and volcanic stones, two excellent restaurants, a bar, surf school, riding school, and pitch and putt golf course. For calm seas, kite surfing and nightlife, there is a short, seven-minute drive to Costa Calma on the east coast of the island. The airport is 50 minutes’ drive away. The village has a very favourable climate, with average approximate air temperatures in January of 20°C and in August of 25°C. Although it can get hot in summer, the north-east Trade Winds ensure a steady cooling breeze in July and August. There is a wide range of outdoor pursuits available nearby, including walking, swimming, surfing, wind-surfing, horse riding, golf, quad-biking, off-roading, deep-sea angling, catamaran and submarine trips. The championship golf course at Costa Caleta is 40 minutes’ drive away. A hire car is recommended.

Beautiful holiday home
The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. Nicely furnished, very comfortable beds, very well equipped, parking is easy in front of the house. From the covered terrace and the balcony above, there is a wonderful sea view. The small seating area in front of the house offers a mountain view. Depending on the sun or shade, you have a choice.
The contact with the Yeandle family was very nice, everything went smoothly.
We would gladly come back.

Top holiday home in a quiet location with very good facilities
Very nice and flexible landlords- top holiday home with great equipment- we lacked nothing.kitchen incl. barbecue excellent for self-catering.the own pool is maintained weekly and is top. At any time of the day
you can find a sunny or shady spot at the house. We also had good neighbours in the time. German TV and internet are available. We felt very comfortable and can recommend it without reservation.
