We are pleased to offer you a cozy and comfortable holiday home with a very pleasant atmosphere, which every season just the right base for your deserved
represents recovery.
The Top House in solid brick building has a floor area of 70 sqm. and stands on a more than 500 square meters of land on the southern edge of the main resort of De Koog in a small quiet holiday park of forest and meadow surrounded and is in excellent condition with associated parking. The park includes a laundry house with washing machines and dryers available.
The bungalow consists of a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and south terrace associated.
The living room has a comfortable and extendable corner / sofa with armchairs and a fireplace, satellite TV (flat screen) u. Integrated stereo radio reception. An own small library is also
at your disposal.
The kitchen with a separate dining area is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including fridge freezer and dishwasher and oven.
The house has 1 bedroom with double bed (here there is also a TV (flat screen) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The bedrooms also feature separate wash occasions.
The spacious bathroom has a shower are u. WC.
All rooms have central heating, Kitchen / u. Bad additionally (especially in cold weather very pleasant) underfloor heating.
The south terrace is equipped with 2 loungers & pads, 4 chairs, table u. Parasol.

Location and surroundings of object
The center of De Koog is just a few minutes. The most widely known long and wide sandy beach is about 800 mtr. As the crow flies. In the immediate vicinity of the house is both a riding for young and old as well as the subtropical swimming pool "Calluna".
The outstandingly well-developed bike trails through woods, dunes and landscapes are widely known and popular.
They offer with museums, tennis, parachute and water a high recreational value. In addition to countless bird species offer walks, especially through the unique natural landscape "de Slufter" or a visit to the seal sanctuary "Ecomare" relaxing experiences.

pleasant LIVING
We were three generations: Grandpa, daughter, and grandson. We all felt very, very comfortable!!!
A great house that can only be recommended.

A successful vacation
Come in and feel at home. We lacked nothing; the kitchen is so well equipped – one could even bake a cake. The house was very clean, there are tiles everywhere, and some windows are fitted with fly screens. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the holiday park as it is located a bit outside. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach De Koog on foot or by bike.
We will definitely come back to the islands. Unfortunately, we will have to look for another house because pets are not allowed here.

Dream vacation
We were guests for the second time at the Niedenhoff family's holiday home. In the holiday home, you immediately feel at home. The cleanliness, in particular, is worth more than five stars compared to the holiday homes we are familiar with. Friends who had rented a holiday home in the complex at the same time honestly envied us for the house. Once again, heartfelt thanks to the Niedenhoff family.

Absolutely recommended
good advance information from the landlord, the presentation of the house on the internet describes the house perfectly, very clean and well-kept, very solidly built, cozy and generously furnished, well-equipped, large outdoor area around the house, good location in a beautiful residential park, we lived here as a couple, sometimes also as a group of four, and felt very comfortable, on a stormy day we could comfortably stay inside the house with children and adults, the house is surrounded by a fairly large lawn, so there is also plenty of space for play and relaxation, especially for children, if you don't go to the easily accessible beach ... we would like to spend another Texel vacation in this house.
