Description
The typical Flemish fisherman's house with private car parking space is located in the well-kept holiday complex Haerendycke in Wenduine, between Wenduine and Blankenberge with very good shopping facilities, directly by the sea, private parking space directly in front of the house, the dunes two minutes' walk from the park exit, separated only by a coastal road. On this stretch of beach the sea is undeveloped, the beach stretches for kilometers. With living/dining room, 6 sleeping places, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub, 1 separate toilet, hallway, kitchen (fully equipped with large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, stable Wi-Fi (Telenet), satellite TV, baby equipment (baby bed, high chair, Römer Jockey bike seat), own washing machine and dryer. With games, beach toys, hairdryer, ladies’ bicycle (with child seat), garden with garden furniture, Hollywood swing, grill, sandbox, sand toys, play tower. The children's room upstairs has a blackout blind and insect screen.

WLAN: An unlimited internet connection is provided for you free of charge via Telenet.
Refill principle: Every time we come, we provide wine, milk, juices, beer, water, chocolate. If you use something up, please refill it for your successor if possible :-) That way, everyone is happy upon arrival.

Location and surroundings of object
The fisherman's house is an ideal starting point for beach walks to the vibrant Blankenberge with its marina and large pedestrian area or to the small seaside resort of Wenduine (1 km each) and for trips along the coast to Knokke and Oostende (e.g. by tram). De Haan is 10 km away and the cultural city of Brugge is only 20 minutes away by car. For cycling tours, there are ingenious cycle paths. The oldest 18-hole golf course in Belgium is 10 km away. The shopping possibilities in Blankenberge and nearby Brugge are abundant, there is a weekly market in Blankenberge and the gastronomic offer has something for every taste.
Can it just be a holiday? Relax on the natural beach of Wenduine or walk along the beach towards Blankenberge, take a small ferry there (€1 per person) or take the tram to turbulent Blankenberge with its numerous beach bars with playgrounds, bouncy castles.... You will find wonderful relaxation there - especially with children. You have to pay for sunbeds, but the great seating is free of charge. You just order a drink (cocktails from Sun Beach are highly recommended) and your children can play there all day on the bouncy castle and the playground, while you can relax wonderfully under the parasol.

Nice stay
Already before the 3rd time, we were allowed to stay in this cozy house. Always good and quick contact with the attentive landlord. Nothing is too much. Everything for a pleasant stay is available in the house. Our two dogs are always very satisfied. They are truly welcome. Not only is it nice to walk in the summer, but even now during the New Year's transition, they have had a peaceful time. The park is really firework-free!

Feel at home.

Vacation with Dog
The house is located about 250 m from the tram and the very beautiful sand dunes. The facility is very clean and dog-friendly, and there is a nice playground for children.

Great holiday home

Happy New Year
We chose to spend the New Year's transition here because we wanted to live firecracker-free with our dogs. Of course, we heard a bit in the distance, but it was all bearable, and during the day, on both New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, there was nothing to be heard! Therefore, top!
The house was absolutely sufficient for us, and the furnishings were tastefully coordinated and clean ☺️
Across the street and the tram tracks, you can get directly into the dunes, perfect!
Overall, a few great days!
