Our private apartments are located in a quiet location on the southeastern coast of Madeira in the green residential district of Canico de Baixo. From your terrace in our subtropical garden you have a wonderful view of the sea and the offshore islands Desertas.
Pleasant private atmosphere for 2 to 4 people. Double bedroom, 1weiteres bed (90 x200cm) is division into multiple sections in a living room alcove by a screen from the living room. The bed (the bed convertible) or an extra bed in the spacious living room offers a total Sleeps / beds for 4 people.
If you want to enjoy with a toddler their holiday in Madeira, we can offer our young guests a cozy cots.
Complete bathroom apartments are well up to the dishwasher and cable TV. Overlooking palm trees and ocean you can have breakfast, sunbathe or read a book or just relaxing.
We are there for you when you need advice and help.
It is our desire that you feel on our island from the first moment on.

The complex is located in a suburb Canico in about 80 m distance to the coast and is built on a slope. Your house is south - facing the sea - aligned. Canico is located on the sunny south coast of Madeira, between the airport at Santa Cruz and the capital, Funchal. It's a quiet residential and resort, 2 km from the center of Funchal. The surrounding area is rural with bananas and vegetables.

Cancellation terms:

Withdrawal from the contract or changes to the contract require written form. The cancellation fees are 20% of the rental price (deposit) up to the 60th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price from the 59th day to the 31st day before the start of the rental, and 80% of the rental price from the 30th day before the start of the rental.

Absolutely recommendable!
Beautiful holiday flat in a top location. Perfectly equipped, stylishly furnished and absolutely clean and well maintained. We felt very, very comfortable. One hundred percent recommendation!

This flat has set standards. We were 100% satisfied. Fantastic location with 2 terraces, sun or shade, spacious living-dining area with all imaginable appliances, which like the entire flat are all very clean and well maintained. Bedroom with sea view, comfortable double bed, lots of storage space. The same applies to the sanitary area. In the usable barbecue house there is an always filled fridge with drinks at shop prices.
The hostess is very helpful and gave us with her tips and information about the island an eventful and relaxing holiday. We would like to go there again and again!
