Our private apartments are located in a quiet location on the southeastern coast of Madeira in the green residential district of Canico de Baixo. From your terrace in our subtropical garden you have a wonderful view of the sea and the offshore islands Desertas. Pleasant private atmosphere for 2 to 3 persons.
The apartment features 1 double bedroom. The living room has 1 sleeper sofa (Clic-Clac sofa) an additional bed.
Full equipment the apartment up to the dishwasher and cable TV.
Overlooking palm trees and ocean you can have breakfast, sunbathe or read a book or just relaxing.
We are there for you when you need advice and help. It is our desire that you feel on our island well.

The complex is located in a suburb Canico in about 80 m distance to the coast and is built on a slope. Your apartment is south - facing the sea - aligned. Canico is located on the sunny south coast of Madeira, between the airport at Santa Cruz and the capital, Funchal. It's a quiet residential and resort, 2 km from the center of Funchal. The surrounding area is rural with bananas and vegetables.

The cancellation fees are 20% of the rental price (deposit) up to the 60th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price from the 59th day to the 31st day before the start of the rental, and 80% of the rental price from the 30th day before the start of the rental.

Great accommodation
Very nice, comfortable and lovingly furnished flat, large terrace and garden facing south to the sea, beautiful view over the sea. Very quiet location, but restaurants, bathing facilities and supermarket within walking distance

There on the island of eternal spring You can live alongside us, in the villa PertodoMar in the villa district Caniçe de Baixo on the atlantik island Madeira. We have been coming to this Island for 40 years and have been always delighted.
