The wellness "Ferienhaus am Deich" was planned by us, newly built and is located directly on the Darß in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea beach and the centre of Prerow.
The detached non-smoking house is situated on its own plot in a central location in a small quiet street/sand road without through traffic, where children can play without any worries. There is a swing in the garden.
It can accommodate up to 10 people and 2 infants all year round. If required, 2 baby cots are also available for you. The ground floor and the ground floor bathroom are barrier-free. This also applies to the terrace doors. The south/west terrace is over 80m2. In addition, we have a sauna terrace for you to relax on after your sauna session. In winter you can relax by the fireplace after the sauna.
The dining area can seat up to 10 people and also has 2 children's high chairs. From the outside, it is adapted to the typical Prerow building style and blends in with the typical Darss character of the Baltic Sea with owl gables and coffered windows. Inside, it impresses with its exclusive modern elegance and is designed for use with 10 people and large groups. WLan is available throughout the house. There are 3 illuminated parking spaces on the property, which also allow you to arrive later without any problems.
It is located in the immediate vicinity of the 19km Baltic Sea beach. In 6-8 minutes you can reach the 19km long Baltic Sea beach in Prerow. You will be personally looked after and instructed by our team on site in Prerow.
The house is heated by geothermal energy and a solar system. The power supply is provided exclusively by 100% ecologically generated electricity, which is also used for the sauna.

From the entrance area, you enter the spacious dining and living area with fireplace, as well as the modern fitted kitchen, which is connected to the dining area by a cooking island. Here, cooking becomes an experience not only for the passionate amateur chef, thanks to the new induction hob and the Gastrostandard pots from Woll.
An espresso machine from Tchibo Tassimo is at your disposal, as is a coffee filter machine. The ground floor is barrier-free.
The open-plan design with approx. 60 m² of living comfort invites you to cook together, enjoy the pleasures of the table, an aperitif or a cosy get-together in front of the fireplace. In the living room, a large Ultra HD satellite TV, a Blueray player and a modern Pioneer system with Airplay are installed, offering you appealing music enjoyment.
A game collection, some books and a small DVD selection are part of the equipment (Ocean 11, 12, 13 or various Harry Potter DVDs). Of course, you don't have to do without internet access. If required, you can use the WLAN with 20-50 Mbit.
Generous patio doors let a lot of daylight into the house and give you almost barrier-free access from the kitchen, living and dining areas to the approx. 80 m² wooden terrace. You can also access the terrace from the bedroom on the ground floor. It also offers direct access to the bathroom. The sauna bath is located on the ground floor and has a side entrance door that allows sauna lovers to go directly to the outdoor area to cool off after their sauna sessions. The sauna offers space for up to 6 people.
From a small side terrace you can reach the main terrace via a short path, where you can relax on loungers and garden chairs. The solid wood sauna offers space for up to six people on two levels. The shower becomes an experience on an area of approx. 1m*1m under the shower plate. A washing machine is available in the sauna bath. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor. A massive staircase leads to the upper floor with a ceiling height of approx. 250cm (ground floor). Here you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Three bedrooms have a room size of approx. 20 m² and allow you to have a restful sleep in a modern atmosphere on high-quality cold foam mattresses. Large windows guarantee plenty of daylight and effective ventilation. The modern sliding-door wardrobes and chests of drawers offer plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. One bedroom has a separate bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower (*90cm) and corner bath.
The second bathroom on the upper floor with WC, two washstands and corner bathtub invites you to linger. All bathrooms have windows and offer daylight, are lavishly tiled and have modern and high-quality bathroom ceramics and fittings. Outside the bathrooms, the floors are tiled throughout. The built-in underfloor heating provides a pleasant indoor climate in summer as well as in winter, as required.

Holiday Home with Dog
Holiday home in a very good, quiet location - everything is within walking distance! A high-quality furnishing with everything you need! Low maintenance, with plenty of space! Very friendly, quick, and helpful communication with the landlord. We had a very relaxing, restorative 5 days including our dog :)

Nice holiday home without frills
A very beautiful, simple and elegant furnished holiday home without dust collectors. We felt very comfortable. Pleasantly quiet location in a cul-de-sac, shopping possibilities, restaurants, bicycle rental station and beach are within easy walking distance.

Let your soul dangle at the Baltic Sea.
From the first minute, we felt very comfortable. As a family with 4 children, including an adult son and two teenagers, a spacious house with retreat options for everyone was very important to us. In this case, the holiday home by the dike was perfect.
All rooms are very spacious, with beautiful large bathrooms and very clean. Very positive - there are fly screens in all rooms. Since the house is beautifully surrounded by lots of greenery, there are naturally also some mosquitoes. Through the bars, peaceful nights are guaranteed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Everything you need is there. Everything very clean and very hygienic due to the stainless steel surfaces. We had plenty of space at the large dining table. Everything is rounded off by a beautiful, not visible terrace. The location in the village of Prerow was perfect for us. The bakery was just around the corner, as well as Penny. Edeka is also very easy to reach on foot. So we didn't have to use our cars anymore. We walked to the beach and pier in about 10 minutes. We do a lot of walking, so it's no problem for us. Since we had very good weather, we were at the sea several times a day, especially in the evenings for sunset.
Bike rental is in the same street and bike tours are highly recommended, with a daily rental of 50€ for 6 bikes also completely fine. From the Prerow harbor, you can book boat tours. Hiking through the Darß Forest is also very beautiful, especially in the evenings where you can discover many local animals. We were able to observe deer. Of course, we also visited the local museum, small but nice.
A must-do during a vacation by the sea is to enjoy fresh fish. Whether at one of the quaint restaurants or buying from the fishmonger to enjoy for dinner after a beautiful day.
Our family really enjoyed it and we were able to have very nice days. We are very happy that we went on vacation during these difficult times with Corona. We will definitely come back!

The house is very large, spacious, and very well equipped. We particularly liked the fantastic kitchen equipment, everything was available and of high quality. We really liked the modern ambiance throughout the house. We will definitely come back.
