The villa is on two independent levels.
On the ground floor there is the living area consisting of built-in well equipped kitchen with fridge- freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher, dining table for 14 people, large living room with direct access to the porch, pool table and fireplace; two bathrooms with shower and three double bedrooms.
On the first floor, reachable from a terrace overlooking the pool, the sea and the valley below, there is a large dining area and a built-in large kitchen. The room is very large and bright with many windows: it is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful view. From here you can access the loft. The hallway leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
This villa has a swimming pool with beautiful panoramic views. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds. Nearby are barbecue, wood oven and a large shaded space to eat together. In the pool area there is also an outdoor whirlpool tub.
The villa has private parking and laundry area.

Villa Eden is a panoramic villa on the beautiful Val d'Aso in the south of the Marche region. The villa is located at the foot of the village of Campofilone, among olive trees, fruit trees and vineyards.
The Adriatic coast, with its crystal clear sea framed by the rising of the sun, visible from the pool and the large windows that illuminate the two floors of the house.
The beaches are just 10 minutes drive from the villa. Nearby there are many historic villages and coastal towns to visit, including Torre di Palme, Moresco, Fermo, Porto San Giorgio and Cupra Marittima.
The evening view is enhanced by the lights of the nearby villages, perched on the hills in front of the villa.
This villa is located in an excellent area from the gastronomic point of view: the world-famous 'macaroni Campofilone' and DOC wines such as Rosso Piceno, Rosso Piceno Superiore and Falerio.

Simply perfect
