The villa is on two independent levels.
On the ground floor there is the living area consisting of built-in well equipped kitchen with fridge- freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher, dining table for 14 people, large living room with direct access to the porch, pool table and fireplace; two bathrooms with shower and three double bedrooms.
On the first floor, reachable from a terrace overlooking the pool, the sea and the valley below, there is a large dining area and a built-in large kitchen. The room is very large and bright with many windows: it is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful view. From here you can access the loft. The hallway leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The sleeping area of the villa is equipped with air conditioning (there is an air-conditioner in the hallway in front of the bedrooms. There is no air-conditioner in each bedroom, but only one in the hallway in front of them).
This villa has a swimming pool with beautiful panoramic views. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds. Nearby are barbecue, wood oven and a large shaded space to eat together. In the pool area there is also an outdoor whirlpool tub.
The villa has private parking and laundry area.
The property is completely fenced and is accessible by means of automatic gate.

Villa Eden is a panoramic villa on the beautiful Val d'Aso in the south of the Marche region. The villa is located at the foot of the village of Campofilone, among olive trees, fruit trees and vineyards.
The Adriatic coast, with its crystal clear sea framed by the rising of the sun, visible from the pool and the large windows that illuminate the two floors of the house.
The beaches are just 10 minutes drive from the villa. Nearby there are many historic villages and coastal towns to visit, including Torre di Palme, Moresco, Fermo, Porto San Giorgio and Cupra Marittima.
The evening view is enhanced by the lights of the nearby villages, perched on the hills in front of the villa.
This villa is located in an excellent area from the gastronomic point of view: the world-famous 'macaroni Campofilone' and DOC wines such as Rosso Piceno, Rosso Piceno Superiore and Falerio.

Cancellation due to force majeure COVID-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to proven travel impossibility due to government regulations restricting the freedom of movement on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, Anita Villas will refund the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to the guest's duty to notify Anita Villas starting from 7 days before arrival, and in any case within the day before the booked stay, of the cancellation of the reservation with specific indication of the reasons mentioned above. Please note that any possible refund will be made by bank transfer in favour of the booking holder within the end of the year of the cancelled reservation. In the event that the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, in the event of a refund, an amount equal to 3% of the amount paid will be withheld for payment management costs.
