Inside the chalet, a cozy living room awaits you, complete with an open-plan, modern, luxury kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay a pleasant one: a dishwasher, induction cooktop, refrigerator-freezer, and microwave. While you cook, you can enjoy your favorite Dutch TV channels on the LED HDTV. And if you want to play your own music, simply connect your smartphone to the soundbar via Bluetooth.

Recommended accommodation in a great location
The holiday home is well located, right next to the ski lift and the Aquaarena. The surroundings of Kötschach-Mauthen are very beautiful, and from here you have the opportunity to engage in activities in all directions. The local restaurants are very good, and shopping options are completely adequate. The house lacks for nothing. We only missed a teapot, which could easily be bought on-site. Communication with the host was very friendly and always had a quick response.

Everything is great!

We are Henk and Henriëtte Kuiper who love going to Austria for both summer and winter holidays because of its pure air, beautiful lakes and stunning mountain scenery. The friendly atmosphere and friendly people always ensure a pleasant stay. We found a second property that could also be used for rental and finally found it in the town of Kötschach-Mauthen. It is a good travel distance from the Netherlands/Germany. Furthermore, places like Venice, Grado, Trieste, Villach, Klagenfurt and Lienz are within easy reach. We chose this property because of its ideal location making all activities within walking distance with 3 supermarkets at 500 m. In addition, the area is known for its environmental friendliness. The property gets its energy from energy supplier AAE naturstrom which has been awarded the Green Brand. Furthermore, the village has plenty of opportunities to charge an electric car.
