Looking for a relaxing or active holiday with your partner, family or friends?
Then this chalet might be just right for you!

The detached chalet accommodates 2 to 6 people and is located at 750 meters altitude in the sunny south of Austria. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed view over the village of Kötschach-Mauthen and the Gail Valley, with the Carnic Alps on the right and the Gailtal Alps on the left. Kötschach-Mauthen is a charming Austrian village that offers a wide range of facilities and activities for relaxation and adventure.
The chalet is located just a 10-minute walk from the village center and 14 km from the Italian border.
In the village there are bakeries, supermarkets, shops, cafés, and restaurants.

The Chalet
The chalet extends over two floors. Via the outside stairs and the roof terrace you reach the entrance of the upper floor. Upper floor:
• Cozy living room in traditional style with open kitchen, dining area, and sitting area.
• Bathroom with relaxation shower and toilet.
• Bedroom with double bed (180x200) and wardrobe, as well as a bedroom with bunk bed (2x 90x200).

Lower floor:
• Bathroom with relaxation shower and toilet.
• Bedroom with double bed (180x200) and large wardrobe, as well as a small bedroom with single bed (80x200).

The chalet is fully equipped with, among other things, Refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave, induction cooktop, kettle, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine, grill, smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
Outside, you can relax on the large rooftop terrace or the partially covered balcony.
In summer, a pool is available to you on the rooftop terrace.

Whether as a couple or with six people – you are the only guests in the chalet.

Need additional living space? On the lower floor, a fully equipped living room with its own kitchen can be booked additionally. Perfect for anyone who wants a bit more space or privacy – for example, if you are traveling with two couples. (See last photo).
Cost: €250 per week extra. Please indicate when making your inquiry.

Activities & Facilities
• Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, rafting, canoeing, SUP, tobogganing, golf, or tennis. • In winter: skiing, tobogganing, ice skating on Lake Weissensee, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking, and ski touring.
• Indoor pool with sauna.
• Natural swimming pool.

Practical information
• Smoking in the house is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Charging an electric car is not permitted.
• Bed linen and towels are included.

Prices
High season 2026 (July/August): Only bookable by the week, arrival and departure on Saturdays.
• 1-2 persons: €805 per week.
• Each additional person: €100 per person per week

Low season 2026: Minimum stay 7 nights, arrival/departure by arrangement.
• 1-2 persons: €700 per week.
• Each additional person: €100 per person per week.

• Additional living space: €250 per week. All prices are in euros and include bed linen, towels, tourist tax, and final cleaning.

Booking information
• Arrival: from 3:30 p.m.
• Departure: by 10:30 a.m. at the latest.
• Payment: Deposit of €150 per booked week within 2 working days after booking
• The remaining amount must be received by us no later than 1 month before arrival.
• In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If there are several interested parties for the same period, the period will be assigned to the one who books first.
